Paid $20 to have the TV diagnosed. They called the next day and said there's 2 possible reasons for the problem but not sure which one. TV goes on but no picture is the problem on TCL 43 inch. Then tried to sell me a different TV for $100 cause mine would be at least $160 to get the possible part that might fix it. Still unsure if either parts would fix the problem. Shorter story is I'm out $20. Better off buying a new one with warranty.

I just learn of this place and I'm coming back. yes, it is as cheap as they make it sound. Way better then getting a new TV why cause they also sale discounted ones too. The people are total sweethearts and do mostly same day repairs depending on the fix. Pure awesomeness.

This is a review of mine I took off Angie's List from 2016 From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted by "mean mugging" arrogance. Simple solder job. Just a bad attitude like they don't care if they fix or repair anything or not. You are doing them a favor by being there. I was told I was lucky they even sold me a $1 part for $5. I asked if everybody that comes in there is accorded an attitude. I was told to get the &%#**@ out of there. Stay away people as I can only see problems if they "TRY" to repair something.
