Move went great! David came to my house to provide an estimate and notes for the move day. Moving team was on-time, protected my furniture and floors and delivered everything where I wanted it. They made the actually moving a smooth and easy process.

The movers arrived promptly. They were polite and professional. The movers were respectful of our furniture and our home as many of the pieces were family heirlooms. The whole process went flawlessly from obtaining an estimate through the final delivery of our furniture. We would without reservation recomend Eagle to anyone in need of a mover.

Could not recommend Eagle Moving more to anyone!!! Our team of movers were SO SO SO polite and efficient! This is the second time we have used them and will continue in the future

The moving crew was late by a few hours when they came to move my possessions. Then, they were surly the entire time. This year, I'm moving to another state, so I needed to pick up my items - Pedro made me wait at a De Forest gas station which made me feel like someone would ambush me. I had to drive two hours to get there, and I waited two hours and thirty minutes to no avail. We had agreed on 8-9 AM, and I waited until 10 AM. Around 10:30, he contacted my home number and claimed he was on his way. Then we worked out a deal where he would deliver my items to my home, only for him to cancel the day with an excuse that seems as flimsy as his customer service. I have not heard from him in a week, so I plan on filing a lawsuit to get my items returned.

Workers are lazy and slow careless made me feel uncomfortable to ask what goes upstairs what took me and my son 3 hours to move two bedroom with not a lot of furniture took professionals big strong guys 7 hours kept complaining and applying that they should get lunch for this and how's the company overworkeds and slaves them and this was a simple move if my back wasn't messed up I would have done it in 3 hours load and unload 7 hours they take advantage of the hourly rate some of the furniture damage Walls scratched up they said I'm trying to get the move cheaper and it was like that and to top it off at the end of the move movers walked up awkwardly then asked about the tip I said are you kidding I got overcharged 7 hours for 3-hour move damaged walls and furniture he's going to say that's crazy all this hard work up and down can you hear trying to get discounts for walls and furniture that was damaged didn't offer us food ( like what) say you got money you can break off $100 and I usually tip anyway I do not got it confused with another eagle like I see them replying to all the comments I tried to go up there and they had a real crackhead there as a work made me feel uncomfortable don't return my voicemails never experienced nothing like this ever insane

Great customer service and friendly, efficient moving team! I was impressed with how well all of my furniture was wrapped to prevent damage! All of my dishes & collection of glassware were wrapped so well... that not one dish was lost!! Nothing was broken. Job well done. ? ?

I put my stuff in storage for one month.
When I went to retrieve my property and a box of photo albums and video tapes were missing.
My electric and bass guitars in cases were missing.
When I went to complain, they told me to talk to the movers.
I asked the movers for the missing items and all they came up with was a guitar stand.
I also lost a small motorcycle that they misplaced.
I did not have a title for it so I could not make a claim for it.
So, it looks like movers helped themselves to whatever property that they wanted of mine to keep.

A customer service representative called Gianna contacted me and when i told her about the offer i had previously she was being sarcastic and blatantly rude. I would have preferred to pay a premium price for quality but because of her behaviour i chose not to choose them. Please have good natured people in customer service .

Horrific move. I was quoted 2,300 for my two bedroom condo.Eagle asked me to have a cashiers chk made out to them.
When the driver arrived he said it was much more than the original estimate. He also did NIOT accept a cashiers chk. He ONLY takes cash, and now the price is 3,400 on a Saturday morning.
Had I not been closing my condo in two days I would have cancelled the move!
The job took ELEVEN hours to load the truck.
Better yet, they cracked my wall and taped the plaster back on . This was discovered after I saw clear packing tape on the corner of a wall.this cost me a $1.500 credit to my buyer.
One of the two men fell off the top ramp with a huge framed pc of art work- Smashed!
He tells me he’ll give me a discount!!
a discount won’t begin to cover the pc.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
The moves are brokered out.
One of the movers admitted he was in documented!
BUYERS BEWARE!!!

RUN! Run as fast as you can and chose another company. Rude, con, and does not update on sta Tia if your items. s STATE OF WI- terminate all contracts with Eagle Movers and an investigation should be completed! It's 2023- All ethnic groups should be respected!-

About 2 years late on this review, but who's counting. David was professional and very responsive throughout the moving process. His team worked their tails off for a solid 90 degree June day. Antonio was a great team lead. Would work with them again, if for some insane reason I were to move another time in the next 20 years.

There is nothing negative I could say about these movers! Compassionate, quick, handled everything with care as if these things were their own and went above and beyond with scheduling and flexibility. Ollie in particular was wonderful and accommodating. They were easy to work with and clearly strive to provide a professional and exceptional service. Will definitely use again!
