The store opens at 8am Mon-Fri. There was a crowd of people waiting to come into the store. I called at 8:01 and informed the lady who answered we were waiting to get in. She explains they just came in and have to count drawers. That should be done PRIOR to opening, not at opening time. Some people begin to knock on the windows.A lady then comes to the door at 8:05 and explains again why they are not open yet and proceeded to close and lock the door behind her. She was upset and rolling her neck and pointing her finger like we the customers did something wrong. All because they planned poorly. So unprofessional and such an inconvenience, I left. Please hire competent, timely and respectful staff/leadership
