Lady at the counter was ruled And it was kinda hard to find a rental counter

Rental price in confirmation email did NOT match amount charged. Over 30 mins at counter, adjustment was supposed to be made by supervisor, and final corrected receipt emailed. Final matched the same wrong amount. Still fighting with dollar 4 days later. Ridiculous!!

Cindy at the Rental counter and Mike at the exit counter were excellent people, despite a huge delay (Thanksgiving travel day, they had a bunch of call outs) Cindy made sure we were out as quickly as possible. Would rent from Hertz directly next time. =)
