I've gone 3 times in the past two weeks and each time the doors are locked during operational hours. Yesterday (5/21), someone was inside, but didn't come to the door until I got to back to my car. At that point I didn't care and took my business elsewhere. When they are open, they also have expired product on the shelves that no one can be bothered with. At this point, just close this store. It only continually goes down hill.

Well figured I'd stop here @4pm today,5-9-24,but to my surprise, there was no one there, all lights on,doors locked,no note on door.Not a car in the lot.I called,no answer.They missed about 20 customers in my 20 minutes sitting in their lit remapping my trip and calling corporate. THANKS FOR WASTING MY GAS AND TIME.I WORK 18 HR.SHIFTS.SO HOPE YOU HAD A NICE BREAK.Apparently they make up their own hours and locking the doors before closing or when they feel like it has been an ongoing practice..(see reviews)

I waited 30 mins after open hours to get in that is unacceptable in my opinion I own thousands of black owned companies and I anlways open on time!!!!

Customer thinks manager is saying hello to them. so when customer responds, the manager needed to let them know she wasnt talking to them but another employee. What? Take the positivity dont respond negatively

They’re never open. It’s 4:46 and I am sitting in front of Dollar General and they’re closed. Many customers are approaching the door. No sign or anything. Very unprofessional. This is not the first time this has happen. Workers are very unprofessional using profanity as if they’re at home. Please close this location down or hire a more professional team who cares about your business.

The time is close to 4pm. The store should still be open until 8pm. Instead, a woman rudely told us “WE’RE CLOSED!” as we approached the door. No apology, no sign on the door, nothing. She’s just standing here, doors locked, escorting customers out.

I rather deal with the people that use to work here because the fat lady at the register have an ugly attitude. DONT GET MAD AT CUSTOMERS BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO WORK CASHIER. THEY NEED TO CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN ASAP

Arrived there at 11:55am on 11/11/2023 to purchase some items and the door was locked. A man that arrived at the same time knocked on the door. No answer. There wasn't a note or anything to inform patrons if the store would reopen or not.

I came 2 times to buy things before 8pm one day and at 5pm another day and even though it says Open daily 8 to 8. The door ia always closed.
