We've been using DDL for several years now. It is my one stop, go- to for seamless shipping. Jolie is our contact. She stays on top of the shipments start to finish and is always a pleasure to work with. Yesterday we had a customer, in a down situation, who needed a 170 lb. shipment delivered overnight. We went straight to Jolie at DDL, who brought in her colleague Shawn. Shawn not only made it happen, he followed the shipment and gave updates through the night. Our customer was saved. We NEVER could have done that without DDL, Jolie and Shawn. Thank you! The driver may never read this...but our thanks go to you, as well.

So I did a load to them from Wisconsin to Michigan I dealt with Adam Kirchner he was a nice guy easy and fast communication he paid me the detention and the compensation within a minute after I got empty right away thanks for the professionalism

We started using Direct Drive Logistics about a year ago, and have been shipping with them almost weekly, sometimes multiple loads in one day -- flatbed hotshots all over the country for our small greenhouse manufacturing company. Our build crews often need to meet materials at delivery locations, so timing and dependability is everything. Chris at DDL has come through for us time and time again.Chris has been honest, straightforward, and transparent in all of our dealings. He has even come back and lowered his rate a few times because he was able to book a load cheaper than expected. I doubt if he's rock-bottom cheapest, but I care about the quality and dependability of service more than saving a few bucks. DDL is making things possible for our business that otherwise wouldn't be.Freight brokerage seems like a tricky business, but I couldn't hope for a more dependable partner. Looking forward to another year doing business with you, Chris!

Regrettably, my experience with the customer service representative was highly disappointing and fell short of professional standards. Despite my sincere efforts to seek guidance and assistance, the representative seemed disinterested in providing any form of support or directing me towards a solution. To my dismay, the conversation abruptly ended with the representative hanging up on me. I sincerely hope that this isolated incident does not reflect the overall quality of the service provided by the company.

We started to use Direct Drive Logistics about couple of months ago and they made world of difference in freight management. Not only they had the best price compared to few others we normally worked with, but they also took care of all the details and managed the complete process of arranging pickup, following up and helping to reduce the freight by combining shipment. we cannot be happier.

I’ve use this company quite often for my shipping needs for myself and my customers. I’ve used one of their brokers Adam Kirchner and every single time I use them he acts like he is doing me a huge favor and has a horrible attitude and communication skills. I will be taking my company’s and my customers business elsewhere. There are 1 million brokers in the USA and for them to act like this is kind of unbelievable.
