Out of nowhere my landlord sold the home we were renting. No warning at all. I have been so stressed out looking for a new house, and having to also put all of our stuff in storage was just another daunting task that I was dreading. That's until I walked in the front door, and was greeted by Katie. She made an extremely stressful situation simple. Matter of fact by the time I left the office I had a smile on my face, and so did my wife! She was amazing, and she was right! We will find the perfect house for our family! Until then I know our property is safe with Katie.

Katie was amazing! There should be 1,000's of Katie's in this world! If there were this world would be a better place. After the hardship I just went through. She listened to my woe's and showed genuine compassion. I didn't need a storage unit, but she found and reserved me a U-Haul truck even though her location had no trucks available. If I ever need a storage unit for any reason. I'll most definitely come back to Katie.

Pretty cool place. The rental procedure was painless. The unit is nice on the inside. I can’t remember what the brunettes name happened to be but She was helpful

All of my family had units at this place for 10 yr and now the current staff is the worst. The women currently running the office are nosy when you go into your storage unit. They don't follow policies of Devon self storage. They lied and told someone they can send a storage to auction right away which is not the case. They personal ask me why I was going into my storage unit when I came to get things because I'm currently staying with family. They are trying to get money over nothing. They raise the rent of a unit every three months

We just moved in today, and for the most part a good storage facility is clean, secure, and easily accessible. Devon self storage covers all those bases. What makes this storage facility great is Katie at the front desk. She is one of the most personable and knowledgeable people I have dealt with in self storage industry. Bravo Katie, you are a true gem!!!

needed a last minute storage locker after driving 15 hours from NC and Devon’s was able to give us SUCH a good deal immediately. We didn’t reserve the locker ahead of time and they accommodated our request right when we got there. we had such a positive experience !! highly recommend. affordable prices with quality customer service.
