“Great prices, and plenty of products if you get in at the right time. I had a cart full! However, you have to be VERY careful as many of the items they carry may have defects. If you get in when they first put out new inventory, you have a better chance of getting a higher quality. The atmosphere and environment are definitely not a plus...it's a classic store nestled in the hood to attract a specific clientele. The lines are typically long after 3pm because more customers are in the store, and unfortunately, there aren't enough cashiers to cover.”
“Had a wonderful sales associate at Kohls on Loomis Road Milwaukee. She helped access my digital coupon and assured me of the process. She was excellent!
Unfortunately the men’s department (casual items like Sonoma and apartment 9) was really tight. I don’t know how a person with a mobility or sight challenge could maneuver the department. Of I used a wheel chair, it would be impossible. How is this ADA compliant? There are too many racks and shelves on the selling floor.
Sadly the gold toe socks hang nicely on the wall but were not organized. So finding my second package was challenging. The 40% coupon was a bonus.
So this is a mixed review and could easily be improved upon.”

“Every time we go to a Citi Trendz location we find amazing stuff at an even more amazing price. Our last visit at the 76th st location was no different. Not only did we leave with a huge bag of goodies, we also had instore entertainment. One of the associates working the floor was singing “Alesha Keys FALLIN” and if you know, that song isn’t for the weak hearted. lol.
10/10 I’d go see that performance again!!!”

“My experience was good at this store. The staff was very helpful. The woman that was working in a different department had no problems with helping me find the scrubs and shoes I needed. The manager check me out and she was extremely nice and helpful and was even have the patience enough to wait for me while I grabbed another item. Overall I would go there again when looking for more work items. Also this store has a wide variety of things from clothing to household.”

“The store has almost everything, and everyone wears a mask (unlike the Waukesha location) much safer here Remember when you're getting gas, you can pull up on any side of the pump because they have the extra long hose The only issue I had is when I did scan-to-pay with their raspberries, the item wasn't in the database. I was told I'd have to wait in line... So I put the raspberries back didn't have that kind of time tonight I plan to visit here again”

“I went in for some mens cologne inventory was real low but I found some Calvin kleene wit no price sticker on it waited in line cashier came up wit a price out of the air and wanted to charge me way more then the cologne cost I brought the same size bottle and same cologne a week ago from a different location for 29.99 this lady wanted to charge me 49.99 I told her i was not paying that much for that size bottle ... overall experience was average”

“Has parking in back... Street too...I pass a lot of stores on my way there bc they are the best docked store... Go another mile or two and that stores shelves are nearly empty. Girls at counter are great.. Had a problem with my coupons uploading.. manger fixed me right up.”

“I work at this location and we really try our hardest to make sure customer's are satisfied I really wish it was possible for a customer to do cashier for a hour to see what we have to deal with we are human just like u guys we are not robots and we really try sometimes it moves slow because some customers have two carts sometimes full of stuff we really try and I wish that customer understood this maybe one day they will”

I am rating a Kohls employee in Katy Texas….
I went to your “ returns for Amazon “ to return some patio chair cushions that were in the same delivery box and was assisted by Mr. Robert’s. I was standing in line at the checkout and he looked at me and assured me that he would assist me next …. I was returning chair cushions (that were too thin) my wife ordered from Amazon.
I gave him my return code from my phone and he scanned my phone gave me my kohls receipt, I was walking out and he notified me that we only scanned one set ….. one set my wife opened and the other was in the bottom still in the box ….
I didn’t realize there was another set in the original box. As I told my wife to put them in the original box and return them . He then looked at my return code on my phone and we worked out that there were two sets. We analyzed my phone return and he showed me the second code to scan to get credits on both 4 packs..
He was very attentive and his action and awareness saved me from getting credit for one set. I was very thankful that his actions saved me from only getting credit for one set .
He save me from a lot of future hassel with Amazon in the future on this return.
Employees like this impress me that they care and are assertive to Kohl’s customers.
After calling to get his name I was told he was the store manager …
I want to add a GREAT STORE MANAGER employees like this will keep me shopping at Kohls.

“Store itself is well stocked and bigger than most. But it’s a little bit of a hunt cuz it’s not in big square store, but spills over into the mall. But then it’s tj Maxx and hunting is what we do here hehe.
Only thing about this place is parking… it’s downtown so you have to find street parking and pay. Or go in the garage and pay. They will validate garage parking, but it’s a discount, and not free parking.”
