The pharmacy is terrible at communication. Nearly every month I order the same medication and pay for it no problem. Several times in the past few months, when I check the status online, I see it is marked "in process". I get no communication on it being delayed or the reason it is delayed. When I call, they tell me it is "in process" because it is a high-cost medication. I know that already. I pay for it every single time, in full, with no problems. Then they claim someone has tried to get in touch with me. I have never had a record of an email, phone call or text message from the pharmacy.I have asked them to make a note that I am able to pay or actually contact me. The tell me to order my medication sooner. I do. But it doesn't matter if I request a refill 1 week or 2 weeks before, if they delay it and don't tell me, nothing changes. Awful management and communication. I will not use them again.

The pharmacy tech here is so rude and terribly unprofessional. I can’t believe they would continue to employee someone is is so uncouth and nasty to customers. I’ve filled out surveys and reached out to the pharmacy manager and no response. I guess they are so overworked or just don’t care. Thinking of transferring back to Walmart pharmacy

Pharmacy staff is rude and disrespectful. I’ll be making a formal complaint based on my experience today. Uncalled for ghetto and downright rude. Don’t like your job quit and let someone else work!

First, the machine for checking savings was broken. Store not appealing; rearranging would help to locate items easier. Staff not friendly or helpful.

The pharmacy service fine. But when I needed to make a general purchase upfront, there was one employee, and he was sitting on the counter talking on his phone. I was rudely told to go to the self checkout, even with no one else being helped. Hello, I don't work here, I'm not doing self checkout not to mention self checkout was closed. Then there were no tills in any of the registers. Employee snaps "you just gotta wait". Nah, I don't. I left that stuff right on the counter, it was an impulse buy that I didn't need. Get it together CVS.

My problem with this cvs is that they never have what you want!! They run out of products and it takes a month or two for them to restock!!! Already have thought they were going out of business because so many items are missing off the shelves!

I see a lot of negative post in this comment chain but I beg to differ; I mean I literally had the exact opposite experience and got help upon request I’m just talking in store for I’ve had no experience with CVS’s pharmacy!

The service in this store whenever I have been in is great! The store manager is very helpful. A lot of items are locked up but the sales associates will get for you without complaining.

Very Nice Respectful Caring and Helpful Friendly, The Employees are Great and The Pharmacy is Better than Walgreens on 76th and Capital. CVS, Drive Thur is open not like Walgreens on 76th and Capital. Will be Recommend to My Family and Friends. Everyone Have A Safe and Blessed Life. Also Have A Safe and Blessed Holidays

I switched to CVS because they delivered medication in during the pandemic. Even though they still have delivery options I could pay for, they no longer allow my prescriptions delivery. Additionally, my doctor prescribed medication which was unfilled even days later. Only to have them complete after I called looking for it. I have no idea why they wait on filling a prescription, it is very aggravating. it's something that can be resolved within the app.
