I currently work here only because I need a job to pay my bills. I actually spend more money on gas than I get in my bi-monthly paychecks... I wish there wasn't so much wear and tear on my personal vehicle but other than that, I am out when it's a beautiful day, a rainy day, a snowy, icy day, a frigid cold day, I meet some really cool people and have repeat customers.The best part is when I deliver packages to people with pets, I have a small doggie treats bag in my car and they all know and expect a treat when I show up.

I had never even heard of this place until yesterday.I ordered some vaping stuff, which now requires a 21+ signature. The company I ordered from uses some service called Boxcheck.Long story short, my package ended up with CS Logistics.I was at work when they tried to deliver, which is normal.The delivery person not only left a notice, but also tried to call me when he was there.He also explained the pick up procedure to me.I stopped in after work, unannounced,.Unfortunately, the driver was still on his route with my package. Which is ok. I really wasn't expecting it to be there.The ladies behind the desk were super nice and helpful.I will be picking up my package on Monday.If I had to choose between UPS, FedEx, and CS... I would go with CS every time after this experience.

Employees get a newsletter. In the newsletter, it says to do what you can to get these deliveries delivered. Well I worked on a Saturday so I grabbed a few of the other deliveries that were in another route to my other locations and they didn't want to pay me for them. I complained and one of the managers said I stole the packages.They have a bad bookkeeping dept and a bad owner.Instead of them taking ownership of their mistake was embarrassed about the mistake they made, they said I didn't come to them fast enough (you have like 5 days to FIND THERE MISTAKE) and then they fired me for finding the mistake.I can't stand when businesses try and steal money from you.I would not recommend working for this company.

Had a delivery that required a signature. The courier made no attempt to knock or get the signature. Just left a note. I heard him on my porch, but figured it was my mailman. Now I'm stuck waiting the weekend for my package. Laziness

Routes are too far and company is CONSTANTLY accused of ripping off employees on their convienantly complicated pay system.

This company is very unpredictable and racists. First off when you enter the office there are no minorities!! Next they will not train you properly, there's no pay scale, it's made up as you go along with preference for certain individuals. Management is rude whenever you disagree with your paycheck which you will notice it's different after your settlement invoice is sent every week. You use your own vehicle and the company has no regards to the milage they send you to the same place everyday and then expect you to come back to their office afterwards like it's around the corner. Also the home healthcare delivery is a scam, people don't even order half the stuff they're having you deliver and guess who has to return to the customer, find them and pick it up?? YOU! Never have I worked for such a lying, deceitful company in my life.

Had an absolutely amazing experience with them yesterday as they delivered my new laptop. Went out of their way to get me my package and I could not be more appreciative. Thanks again for an amazing level of customer service that is hard to find these days.

This company is a nightmare. Several days late on a freight shipment and it was finally scheduled. They never showed up during the scheduled time, the representative I spoke to was rude and I ended up rescheduling for the next day. About an hour and a half after they were scheduled to arrive the driver calls me and tells me that he won't be delivering it today.I've now paid for an employee to sit at the warehouse for two days with zero results. not happy at all!

There policy to employees, If the employee doesn't find there mistake within 14 days, too bad you don't get paid. You spend your time, your effort, with your vehicle, insurance, gas and they keep the revenue because you didn't find the mistake fast enough. I found one to many mistakes and they fired me because they thought I was on some witch hunt to sue them. There are some paronoyd people in management there. Once you got on the nerves of people, dispatch won't put you on calls for deliveries. You sit for three hours with nothing to do.
