I am extremely pleased with Mander. I took my 2015 Avalon to the Brookfield location for an estimate. Wanting the vehicle repaired sooner, I asked about other locations with earlier availability. I was referred to their Milwaukee location. Carson at the Milwaukee location called me quickly me to get me scheduled. The repairs were done quickly, very well, and returned the vehicle to me on time. The staff were all friendly and communicative. Locally owned does make a difference.

What a great neighborhood body shop! Drove right up to dedicated estimate parking. Had 3 estimates done and picked Crystal Auto Body (Now Mander Collision as of 2024). Had my car back within 3 days. Repairs and paint/stripe job looks great!!! They were very accommodating and kind, even when I made an error. I will definitely go back if I need more work done.

Our 1970 VW Beetle needed repair and paint to the hood. The paint match and finish were done well. We did have a pricing conflict with the estimate and what we did pay but upfront communications did occur prior to the work. The staff was polite throughout the process.

They did a wonderful job, and got the truck back in a little over a week. Excellent service and work!

Our van was damaged after losing an argument with a pole. I had heard of mander collision on the radio and decided to check them out. I was not disappointed. The work they did was fabulous and they were the best price of all the estimates we had gotten. I also appreciated the helpful and cheerful service that we got and the clean facilities. If anything happens to one of my cars again I will be sure to come back.

I took my 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee in to have the windshield replaced. I inherited this car from my mom and it was her pride and joy. I took my car in to Mander and was amazed by the quality of work, The upfront pricing and how quickly the job was done. Beautiful work, wonderful staff and quality work.
