Went into the store for service on a Monday and was met with a smell of marijuana from one of the workers, I believe she was the manager(Puerto Rican). The smell was sooooo potent I had to leave the store because I had a headache. I thought you guys sold phones not marijuana

After AT&T scammed me out of a lot of money, I decided to switch to Cricket. I came into the store, and Janine helped me. She was helpful, prompt, and empathetic. I got in and out in 15 minutes, didn’t feel pressured to buy anything, and my phone works fine. Definitely recommend anyone who feels dissatisfied with their current cell service to come here

Wanted to buy a new phone but wasnt porting in number....so no new phone today

Money hungry manager they tell you a price over the phone and in person a different amount. They add a such call bundle and add insurance. Phone case and screen saver without the persons knowledge and then says that they explained it. I call to ask what made the charges an extra $142 and she kept changing the amount until I notice that a case was charged at $65 plus add it some kind of warranty and all her excuse was that we saw the charges.

This Cricket sales lady is super lit. I mean like lit lit!!! She asked my kid 30 times her favorite color for a phone case but she picked her case out 20 minutes ago. She can't remember what kind of phone we're trying to buy. It's crazy. Pray for me....
