So I’ve been having issues with my Internet for really a month customer service told me to go to the store to see if they can resolve the problem over there they were telling me a Really Work customer service tell me what to do and the lady seem not to know what the hell she was doing she would not help me at all what’s the point of paying a bill if you’re not getting the service you’re paying for I’m very upset with Cricket service and it’s all Lies everybody’s put in five stars mine is a -0

This place has really gone down hill..there used to be 5 or 6 employees and a guard...you had to type your name in for a waiting list... Now...1 worker..i went there to replace a phone from another company...there was no one there..i had to go 1/2 block to get my account number from another company..when i came back there were 2 guys at the counter...they were at that counter from 6 pm until i couldnt wait anymore at 7:10 pm...i left quite angrily... I am severely disabled and the walk alone to the other co. was exhausting...i went next door to subway..ordered 2 subs and sat down to wait for my cab..after sitting there a while the 2 men finally came out!!!!!!!!!!!!! I need a new phone..but i sure couldnt get it there.. UNBELIEVABLE CRAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Went there with no expectations...good thing. Depending upon which sales rep may be working, your experience could be informative, or quite helpful. Be prepared to wait awhile. Sometimes their systems do shutdown and as was the case for us, and getting the correct information back takes some time. Not overly impressed...hope that your experience is far more welcoming...

if you can make it more wheelchair-accessible I will give you a 5-star rating it's hard for me to get in and out of your store with me being in a wheelchair that is the only complaint I have
