Was there yesterday at 10:00, door was locked. Waited outside until 10:20 when the worker finally showed up. Management is too lenient for this type of situation to happen.

Very bad service, today I went to pay for a phone and the person who helped me with a very bad attitude told me that I couldn't pay the bill for the phone if it wasn't in my name. I told him how strange it is that I'm always the one who does it. I paid and never in any other store have they told me that and they told me that if I liked it or else I should leave. The person's name is Dulce and she gives very bad service. I don't understand why they work in customer service if they don't like it. that job
