“Incredible customer service!!!!!!! We had to get a truck and car dolly to move cross country and after having a reservation with budget truck rentals for 2 months prior, we showed up and they did not have what we needed to move and pretty much said “too bad”. I immediately called Penske in a panic and they SAVED THE DAY ENTIRELY!!!! From the second the woman answered the phone all the way until we got the keys to the truck it was a great experience. I cant recommend Penske enough and will never personally go through another rental company ever again!!”

“This was the best experience I ever had the pleasure dealing with. The owner is one of the most genuine people I've ever met. Mainly because there was a discrepancies with the milage and without me saying a word he contacted the dispatch office to confirm the previous documentation of when it was last used. It was returned from the maintenance shop and whoever completed the forms didn't update the milage. Again greatly recommend this place to everyone. Hands down 10/10”
“I've purchased two sleeper tractors from Lakeside International and they're great. Lakeside Dave AKA "David Clausen" was the sales representative for both trucks and I have nothing but good things to say about my experience. I bought my first truck there in 2021 and I'm still running it. I needed a second one and I contacted David and in less than a month I added another truck to my small fleet. I live in Massachusetts and I flew to Wisconsin to pick the truck up. The truck was inspected by their shop and gone through before my arrival. After I left, I had some minor issues with the truck but David answered my call in a reasonable time. David and his financial manager "Roger Meeker" jumped right in to it to remedy the problem. I definitely recommend this place and the people there. I'll be seen them for another truck in the future.”

“I understand the negativity; no U-Haul is ideal, but the people working at this location on 1st worked with us, laughing at my ineptitude. It took a couple of tries before we found a truck without issues, but they're U-Haul trucks. The proprietors are from the neighborhood, and the location is convenient. Pricing is competitive. The day went well.”
“The company I work for has purchased 3 Hino Box Trucks. We have a 2015, 2020, and a 2022. We recently bought two semis as well. A 2023 Volvo, and a 2022 Mack. All five trucks run and drive great.
