The baked goods and sandwiches are so tasty. I love the cranberry pumpkin muffin with sportea. This location is where they roast coffee, and it can be very loud. The covered porch is quieter, and the courtyard is a magical space when the weather is nice.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp to get up to the front door. It has a bend/corner to not be too steep when I've used it with a stroller. I am not a wheelchair user, so I can only say it works well for a stroller. There is a designated space for the line to the cash register that is like a wide hallway. This wide section continues in a loop past the side door to the porch to the front door. The door on the porch that faces Humboldt leads back to the ramp, but does not have a door opener, so it may be hard to use. The other door leading to the courtyard will take you to stairs and no ramp. The courtyard is accessible from the sidewalk outside, and this is likely the easiest way to enter. In general, there are wide pathways, but in-between tables is less spacious.

Such a cool spot! You can watch the coffee being ground. Lots of options and seating indoors. Plenty of parking and cool baristas.

It was so loud, my ears hurt. My app that measures decibel levels showed this place has a consistent decibel level of 70-85 which is VERY loud. Sure, this place has obvious industrial acoustics, but still it's too much. The female cashier was indifferent and she couldn't care less, but luckily two males helped with my questions.I also had issue with the fact that none of their outlets worked so I had to leave earlier than desired bc my laptop died. I tried 3 different outlets but none worked. Strange. However on a good note, the green eggs & ham breakfast burrito was good...but SMALL for price paid. I also got a special valentine's day croissant (with red ribbons baked in) which was good but looked better than it tasted. And it was very overpriced.

As a non-coffee drinker this has been one of my favorite coffee shops to visit. We sat at the bar and we were able to watch them roast the beans right in front of us which was very neat. The food is good. All of the breakfast options we've tried have been tasty. Portions are average or small. You won't be hungry, but won't struggle to finish. Some good non coffee drinks tooKid-friendliness: Well mannered children were no problem.

Roastery location. Nice outdoor seating. Bustling interior. Not a quiet space to relax, but good white noise.

I'm a Starbucks girlie, but when there's a Collectivo near, you best bet I'm heading there over Starbies! Amazing coffee. Love their almond croissant when I'm craving a sweet treat for breakfast!

Love Humboldt's vibes. Can watch the roasters roast the coffee. The outside patio is nice... Even in the winter, it's heated and nice to be out there!

Nice environment, but I will admit it was busy at the time I went. Otherwise, it was an enjoyable experience.

Got hacked for the first time using their public Wi-Fi. Also, coffee is okay.

Delivered a truckload of coffee beans from around the world. Tried their regular coffee. It tasted very different because they roast the fresh beans right at shop. Very nice people and atmosphere.
