The Crew at City Screen Print and Embroidery do a great job.
The quality of the products was more than satisfactory, and the job was completed ahead of schedule. I would recommend them to anyone looking for screen printing or embroidery work.

Placed an order with them through my son's booster club. After a month, suddenly one item is out of stock and the appliques for the sweatshirts are not even here yet. Poor business practice. Would never buy from this company again.

I worked with Bill Hoag and City Screen Print & Embroidery on many jobs from the late 1990's to 2015 and could not have been more pleased! In my job running a big alumni association I ordered hats, sweatshirts, LS and SS shirts, fleeces, towels, blankets, etc. and they did a great job whether screen printed or embroidered. They always gave me the best pricing and customer service was outstanding. They know how much I appreciated working with them and here's another big thank you!

I used these guys in late '18. The T-shirt was for a Neighborhood/ Community Service initiative, begun in response to the Pandemic. While the design I was seeking was creative, they missed the deadline! Further attempts to reach them soon became problematic. Finally, though a week late, they had 'em ready. I lobbied them for an price adjustment which they accepted. Still...a less-than-good experience. Overall though, They were polite and professional; just not reliable.
