I worked with Bill Hoag and City Screen Print & Embroidery on many jobs from the late 1990's to 2015 and could not have been more pleased! In my job running a big alumni association I ordered hats, sweatshirts, LS and SS shirts, fleeces, towels, blankets, etc. and they did a great job whether screen printed or embroidered. They always gave me the best pricing and customer service was outstanding. They know how much I appreciated working with them and here's another big thank you!

I used these guys in late '18. The T-shirt was for a Neighborhood/ Community Service initiative, begun in response to the Pandemic. While the design I was seeking was creative, they missed the deadline! Further attempts to reach them soon became problematic. Finally, though a week late, they had 'em ready. I lobbied them for an price adjustment which they accepted. Still...a less-than-good experience. Overall though, They were polite and professional; just not reliable.

Great print result but minor bumps with communication. Did not receive a call to pick up order and it sat waiting to be picked up until I reached out. Product turned out great though.

I am so grateful someone recommended Alyssa at City Screen Print & Embroidery. I was in a crunch and needed T-shirts ASAP, Alyssa was friendly, accommodating and helped me get exactly what I wanted! She went above and beyond and did it for a VERY reasonable cost, with limited time— I’m very impressed and I will definitely be doing business with this company again in the future!

Used City Screen Print for a PTO related event & couldn’t have been happier!! Very reasonably priced & quality work. Always very prompt to respond (as I had a few last minute changes even after I placed my order). They had T-shirts ready as promised. Would highly recommend!!
