I don't understand why this Chase at 8800 West Brown Deer Road in Milwaukee is not speaking out against their corporate headquarters being one of the largest investors in climate change causing fossil fuels. The people here seem indifferent to the destruction they are contributing to on a daily basis. ?

Staff is nice at this location. 1 star because they say they're open but it's 4pm and they're closed inside and drive thru. Now I get to drive to Mequon.

I scheduled an appointment in person early last week for Monday, July 20th. When I arrived to my appointment, I was told that I was not on the schedule and I can schedule a new appointment for NEXT week. Wow. So disappointing. I also stood in line for almost 30 mins just for them to tell me this. Terrible.

Terrible customer service. Did appointment in person last week for today and was "nicely surprised" that appointment in the different date when I was on time. Never use this location again.

Staff is rude, standing around talking and don't even greet us. When they finally acknowledged us, they told us they couldn't help us and that we needed an appointment. So unprofessional-never coming here again!

I've been with Chase Bank for over 20 years they are very good they are very aware of your account if anything suspicious come on your account or if you spend more that you had more than you have budget they are letting you know if a large amount coming out your account and they don't think you are aware of it they will let you know I love Chase I've been with Chase for so long I recommend Chase for anybody I'd love that bank

Pretty straight-forward, never had any problems. They have an ATM out front. The tellers have been friendly and at least one even laughed at my lame joking, so points. ;-)

I had a serious fraud incident and the banker was so understanding and resourceful. She checked everything in and We caught it in the nick of time. I love Chase Bank.
