I’m only giving it 3 stars because of the nice lady and Luis in the store. Okay I supposed to had got my furniture Saturday but the people supposedly had “an emergency” so all they did was drop it off smh Then they come Sunday and Take Hours doing my room in the kids room (only had bed frame and dresser in mirror) (kids had one bunk bed) when it came to doing the living room the dude Mario lied and said they didn’t have the tool to fix it Which was also a lie. He told me he will comeback the next da. So I called and no answer I called the store and the lady said I would have to wait which pissed me off cuz now this just a prolonging thing. They finally agreed to send someone out at 6. When they did come it took them to eight to get finish. Smh not to mention I paid $499 for a pillow top bed and they sent me a regular one that says organic it’s definitely not pillow top and it hurts my body smh like I said before the only reason I’m giving it 3 stars is because of the kind lady and the man who sold me the furniture was nice other than that everything else was unprofessional. Oh and not to mention the dude Mario assumed I was a single parent…

I have been buying from this furniture place for probably 5 years now and the owner is great the prices of the furniture is great and the owner is always willing to work with you

Didn't even get close to buying something... Their attitudes are so bad that after about 5 minutes I said I had to take a phone call and just left.... can't believe they stay in business, I'll bet you they are gone by the end of 2023.Sorry if you don't like my post but it's just the Truth!!!

I just have to say how professional and courteous Caesar Furniture sales staff was when I went to pick out my love seat, not pushy or nothing. They let me take my time to choose and make a decision. And my delivery was on time. They came on the day and within the time frame they said they were going to. Plus the delivery guys were so professional, courteous and thorough with setting up my love seat, and took the shipping plastic away for disposal. I will definitely be going back to Caesar Furniture in the future for purchases.

Customer Service Is Horrible. The Owner Is Very Disrespectful. I Purchased Furniture In February When They Brung My Couch They Left A Piece I Had To Wait To The Next Day To Get It. They Sent Me The Wrong Color Dresser For My Bedset & I Had To Keep Calling After A Week To Get The Right Dresser. Then They “Put” My Bedset up But Didn’t Screw The Bookshelf Headboard & Frame Together After Me Finding That Out I Complained Because I Have An 6Year Old Autistic Son That It Could Of Fell On. Then The Workers Tell Me They Didn’t Screw It Together Because They Had Another Job!!! Here I Am May Still Haven’t Received My Dinning Table I Purchased In February Everytime I Call They Tell Me They’ll Have It “Next Week”.

Needed a large chest TODAY before leaving my daughter here, knowing she wouldn't get one after I left. Found a lovely one and it was delivered an hour later. What wonderful people! I cannot rave enough about the quality and level of service. Would check there first next time I need something for her home. Thank you so very much.
