Om my goodness Roxane. I'm planning on making a reservation to board our 2 year old Shih Tzu Leo at that site. Your review is of great concern to us. Thank you for sharing your review. I hope Zak is doing well. I had to do a rating so my post will go through. I don't have a rating since I have not experienced boàrding my dog there.

We LOVED Basic Elementary class with Julia! Our little Dolly Barkton isn’t always the model student, but Julia had great suggestions and demonstrations for us. We will be working hard on these skills so we feel ready in the future to come back for the second level of training. I highly recommend going here for classes, we felt so well taken care of. (Photo of Dolly doing the skill she’s not very good at but always looks good doing.)

Took the basic elementary training course here and it was great. Julia did a fantastic job walking us through all the lessons to help correct our dogs behavior and helped explain what a dog is thinking to stop unknown bad habits we were doing. Definitely worth it.

Our mini Goldendoodle went to Central Bark downtown during the summer and we absolutely loved the experience. He always run right into the place when we take him there and was bubbly and happy when we picked him up. He also did a couple of one-night boarding and when we picked him up he was the same happy puppy as always and had eaten well. We’ll be coming back.We also used grooming. They cut his nails quite well and did his first face haircut when he was about 4 months old. I’m attaching the picture of how he looked after. Cutting the hair of such young puppy and specially a Doodle mix I know is hard so we were very happy with the results.

Our 22 wk Labradoodle looks great after his 2nd ever grooming appointment with Axe ( who is great, professional, thoughtful and knowledgeable)!We are very please and plan to bring him back regularly.After pic in car and before (delivery boy) pic.

Axe took such amazing care of our boy! He looked so handsome and was so happy when I picked him up. I knew he was in great hands and had been loved while he was in their care at Central Bark!

I have heard of and seen photo evidence of abuse done to dogs at Central Bark locations. DO NOT take your pet here. You should not have to fear for the physically and emotional well-being of your pet when putting them into the care of “professionals” but that is not what you will find here. A friend of mine had to go through the awful experience of picking her dog up from daycare to find blood on his head from lacerations and bruised ribs. Your beloved family member deserves better

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! They currently have a lawsuit against them for animal abuse. I also sent my dog here back in 2021 and he turned into the most anxious, scared dog, and had never been like that before. They were awful at communication, and seemed like all they cared about was money. You could tell that they had no idea how to handle dogs and since hearing about the abuse story, I'm not surprised in the slightest. Do not send your dog here!!!

Great grooming! Always gets my white husky (who LOVES mud puddles) thoroughly clean and soft and DE-SHEDDED! Very knowledgeable and helpful, this is the only place we take our pack.
