I absolutely love our new jeep. We have been shopping around for a vehicle for the last few months, came upon this 2014 trailhawk with 89k miles and for 15k. Honestly I was shocked it hadn’t been swooped up sooner. Paul the sales manager was amazing and helped me through the final process. It was a little bit of a pain getting down to Milwaukee from Green Bay but once we made it Anthony in the business office made the express delivery smooth! We were in and out in about 30mins which I greatly appreciated after the two hour bus ride with my five year old daughter. The only thing I would say I’m having trouble with is that contacting service is a bit of a hassle the vehicle made some clunking noise on the drive home and I’ve noticed some grinding noises so I’d like it to get looked at sooner than later, also the navigation doesn’t work in the jeep and the Sirius xm isn’t working like it can’t receive the single. I’d like help figuring out what I need to do to get those features working, besides that I love everything about the jeep and plan to keep it till the wheels fall off ❤️.

Service refuse to provide a service on my vehicle because it's past 90 days. Yet they informed me when I previously brought it in they would recheck the vehicle and now they're refusing to do so because I didn't purchase in the last 90 days.

I got an online quote to sell my car. I went in and worked with Jada, she was amazing. She walked me through the process, I got exactly what they promised me through the online offer and I was in and out in less than an hour.

Let’s see. I had a car shipped from someone who represented themselves as a sales person at the Milwaukee store. He was not he was just some guy in an office somewhere. Every time I had a question someone else would answer. Most of the time it was just being ran around. Finally after about a week I got ahold of someone in the business office at the Milwaukee store and he got things rolling somewhat. After the car sat for days waiting on inspection. Well when I got there to finally see the car they were just actually going over it even though they had said it was already inspected. I was assigned a sales person at the Milwaukee store who called me and knew absolutely nothing about what was going on after the conversation he texted me once then never answered me again. I really hope he got commission for his hard work. They push this express pickup which they don’t really explain at all. Basically when you get there you have about 20 min to sign all the paperwork and then they throw a yellow bow over the car and push you out of the way. After you buy the vehicle good luck getting anywhere the sales will not answer the service department lady is absolutely rude and disrespectful they will stop your phone call at the front desk and will not let you talk with the business team even if you have a legitimate question. The only person who was decent in the entire process was the guy who you sign the loan paperwork with. He let us stop the process look over the car. He got whatever questions I had answered. The car was missing the remote for the entertainment system and he filled out a work order that clearly said to order the remote and ship it to my house. After about 5 phone calls most with no answer I was finally told that the renews sitting there. I asked them to ship it like promised and was told on a Wednesday that it probably wouldn’t even be shipped out until Monday of the following week. Still haven’t received the remote. This was by far in over 30 years of buying cars just a complete mess of a system. As far as the car. It seems fine does what it needs to nothing special no deals. No real incentives to buy from there. Price was ok a little on the high side. Vehicle was not really cleaned up just kind of quickly washed and vacuumed. Only reason I bought the car there and didn’t walk away was I was looking for a mini van and there were not many to chose from on the lots besides this place and caravan. There warranty they push is extremely expensive also.

The salesman Benjamin was great. His customer service was excellent. He was able to assist me with all questions and concerns including having the car I purchased transferred. He stayed on top of everything and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

This is my 2nd time purchasing a car from Carmax and I will not go anywhere else. Great customer service and I love how there's different choices of cars you can choose from anywhere in the US.
Omni was a big help and she's very patient along with the whole process went smoothly. Highly, recommended her if your looking to get a car at Carmax. She'll walk you through everything!

It was a neutral experience nothing spectacular. This was last result to get a vehicle in a hurry. They had the buick envision I was looking for but $4k higher then what I wanted to pay, but as stated I couldn't wait any longer as I had been without a car for over a month. The interior wasn't detailed the best, wipers weren't new, nor were the tires. Wasn't happy about those things. In the end I bought a car.

Great experience overall. $1200 more than Carvanas offer. All the employees were very freindly, especially the man who initially got us started. I did not catch his name. Would recommend this place to others!
