All of the problems I had a concern about regrading my car were fixed! The horn wasn’t working but they fixed it I’m very appreciative and thankful! Give car king a try if u have any concerns regarding your vehicle they will attempt to hear you out to get your car looked at and the problem can be fixed I’m glad that they listened to me I recommend car king!

I seen a car i wanted shot them a price out the driveway test drove ,looked it over was everything they said it was ,found a few mior thing's after getting it home but very good Dealer !!!

Put a down payment for my Bm for 2012 Ford fusion got a warranty from them then 30 days later water pump fails and brake caliper are not good. Said once you drive off the lot they are not responsible. Purchase it for 5,000 just to put 5,000 worth of work. Save your time and money.

My experience was that I bought a car from here and roughly 60 days later the timing belt broke and my engine was completely destroyed. That leaves me to believe they do not thoroughly inspect the cars they sell. I am now stuck paying almost as much as I did for the car, for a new engine and timing kit. It is extremely hard to get any customer service. Every time you call, they tell you they’ll have someone call you back and never do. I would never recommend buying a car here to anybody unless you just like throwing your money away. A quick look through their reviews will tell you I’m far from the only person who has had their car break down shortly after buying. It’s very hard to understand how they’ve been in business for allegedly 50 years. And the “discount” they offered on the repair was hardly a discount. Seems to be on the high end of getting it fixed after being quoted by a few other places. Nightmare experience, wouldn’t wish this situation on anyone except maybe the people working here.

Just bought a 6 spd 2005 Acura TSX from here and I'm loving it. Austin and Gary were awesome at making it happen. I came from out of state and drove it back. They made sure it would all work out for me and it's greatly appreciated.

What a great car buying experience. Had a very clear idea about what I wanted in a new used car, so I did a lot of research looking over a hundred mile radius. I was surprised when I found it at Car king, so close to work. The price was better than fair so I had to see what was “wrong” with the car. Set up a time to test drive it and look it over more closely and the decision to buy was easy after that. My expectations are very realistic for a used car, so saving 1-2 thousand off of what others were charging gives me some breathing room to take care of this car now that it’s mine. I’ve bought a dozen cars over the years, from private parties to new car dealers, and this may have been the most laid back and easiest experience of all.

Brian was very polite..Was a bit disappointed that after noticing the motor mounts need to be replaced..a discount was not offered. Also I trusted Brian when asked about te hatch..he said it opens,he lifted the glass portion,and said both work. But later that day...nope does not work, the keys given do not work the hatch door. Called and was told sorry sold as is..yet I was deceived by the sales person Brian. I feel at least $200 should be refunded.I don't think I could in good conscience recommend Car king to friends or family.

Gary and Brian/Bryan were very informative about the car I had my eye on. The ONLY thing I didn’t like, was the Internet price and the price on the car (which was a $1,000 less. We showed them proof) was not given to me. The customer is always right! Other than that, it was a pretty smooth transaction.

I had a terrible experience with Car King and I strongly advise against anyone doing business with them. I made the mistake of purchasing a 2010 Malibu from this dealership, and it was without a doubt the worst decision of my life. The car was not in the condition that they had promised, and it broke down only a few hours after I drove it off the lot. When I tried to contact them to resolve the issue, I was met with rude and unresponsive customer service. It's clear that Car King does not stand behind their products, and I regret ever setting foot in this place. I hate Car King with a passion and I urge anyone considering them to look elsewhere."

So I'm strolling on CarKings website, searching for a vehicle & decided to read the views. I seen so many negative reviews, even one about being racist ? I was shocked because I'm brown & in 2016 I bought a 2010 Kia Forte. I had one issue & it was years later. The Kia was stolen in 202. They were friendly & there was no pressure to buy at all. I love car king, this was my first used car I have ever bought & had it for over 2 years (5 years) That's rare & hard to find. Sorry if anyone else had a different experience. Anywho, I plan on purchasing another vehicle from them. See you soon Car King

My wife and I purchased a Volkswagen Jetta from them and very the next day the starter went out so we called them and the gentleman we spoke to said we can pay to have it towed to his mechanic and we might get a discount. I go to put a new starter on and when I take the cover panel off the underneath of the car, and it’s filled with oil. And now a week into it. The check engine light is on because the evap system is failing. Before we purchased the car, we asked if it had any kind of warranty 30 days or something. he replied no because “all the vehicles are inspected before they go up for sale” inspected or not you would think for $10,000 we should I be able to have a car for at least a week without any problems. I hope that mechanic that inspects the vehicles is it to see would he tried getting us to take the car to. I don’t understand how somebody can inspect the car without taking off the cover that covers the entire bottom of the motor.Now this is our fault because we didn’t purchase a extended warranty. Even if I did purchase the extended warranty, I wouldn’t want there mechanic working at it.Btw when we were looking at cars, I noticed two of them that had issues a Ford that had a idler pulley that needed replacing in another car that the oil smelled and looked burnt.

Car King what a great place to buy a car.. I brought a late model 2004 C70 Volvo from Austin.. The car was well maintained a very nice car and I had a problem with the car but Austin did everything he could to resolve the issue and for that we are so grateful.. We really appreciate the effect Austin thank you very much.. U an Awesome Guy!!

I'm so pissed and will never recommend this car dealership. I should have listened to my gut. I purchased a car in cash and two days later the check engine came on. i called them immediately and they recommended a mechanic who made the car worse (put sensor in wrong). I had to walk into the dealership and speak with them directly, they gave me another mechanic and now i just found out i need a new catalytic converter $900 repair. I just bought this car 2 week ago for $8,000 and now have to spend another $900. how is this right? i understand i bought a used car but if an engine light comes in 48 hours after i drive off the lot, don't you think the dealership would be somewhat responsible?
