I had 2 deer done at bunzels this year. De-boned & vacuum sealed the meat up north. Froze it right away then brought it to Bunzels a day later. I got 120 pounds of brats, polish, steaks, jerky, hot dogs, cheddar jalapeño stix, cheddar jalapeño brats, summer sausage, etc.Very happy with Bunzels. They finished my deer in under a week. Could I get my deer processed up north for a little less? Yes but I’d also lose 6 hours driving to get it and gas money. Cost evens out. I’ll always get my deer done at Bunzels

Very happy with my experience here. They processed my deer within a week. Meat was neatly packed and clearly labeled. Meat tastes great, got the hide back in good shape for tanning. Price was comparable to others. Thank you for the service!

Dropped off my doe on Monday for processing and picked it up on Wednesday the same week. Had jalapeño cheddar snack sticks made which were vacuum sealed & freezer wrapped.

Quick turnaround higher priced then others in the area. People were very helpful and were pleasant to speak with.

I called Bunzels around 2 PM on sunday during opening weekend and was told that they would be open until 6PM for deer drop off and I said I would be stopping by to drop my deer off shortly. The person I spoke with on the phone said "See ya then!". When I arrived at 4PM the shop was closed. I understand that it was probably slow and they decided to close down but they should have called me back and updated me.

I live in SE Milwaukee and driving up to Sheboygan for sausage and stix and waiting 4 months was getting old. Bunzel's has the best tasting sausage, turnaround was just a few weeks and the reputation speaks for itself. Bunzel's is my new go-to for venison processing.
