Upon arriving, the service guy met me at my vehicle. checked me in and JORDAN BOYEA, took care of me. He then came to give me the results of my vehicle inspection and after I left, he contacted me via email to make sure everything was OK. Friendly service and affordable prices.

Worst dealership ever. I contacted Kyle the service advisor to drop off my car for service and to check something else, meaning that my car would have to stay for couple of day. My car is 2020 and still under warranty that I bought from this dealership. I asked for a loaner and was told "You don't qualify" because factory warranty has ended and now I'm under extended warranty. What a terrible customer service. Please save yourself the time and headache and find a different dealership thaf is honest and values its customers. 5 starts ratings here are obviously fake. Even employees at this dealership are so unhappy that they literally harass you to give them a good review! That tells you how bad management is.

This is for AUDI Services: I really did not feel heard or appreciated. My money went down the drain because I didn't get what I wanted. I mentioned multiple time what I needed and didn't get what I was promised. Even after having my car for 6+ Hours. This is the first time this happened. Honestly felt like I was judged by my looks because this never happened before. I am a black lady that did not dress up because I had a busy day. Also when I was trying to book my complementary ride back to the dealership my calls were being avoided (when I called from a different number they answered right away) which made me hade to find a new ride and I was late picking up my daughter from school. Once I finally got there they tried to make me sign a paper stating that I received a service I never got! Refusing to give me my keys. Even after telling them my daughter was waiting for me.

Go somewhere else ! The reviews aren’t lying. Absolutely ridiculous customer service !! I can’t even say half of what I could in this short review.Car was here almost 1 year getting serviced and still came back with bad sensors and incomplete work. They refuse to do their job correctly, horrible communication, don’t accept responsibility, lie, and have No customer satisfaction. They continue to justify their unacceptable service and make up excuses that contradict the truth!!

I took my car for service and I was told that service plan was expired and I have to pay I was disappointed but paid because I was not sure but when I contacted Mercedes they confirmed that my plan is still active. My son reached to dealer and was helped by service manager Peter who was more than kind and helpful and was able to correct things and went above and beyond. Thanks Peter

After spending $200 on diagnostic tests they quoted me needing a transmission and said it would be $18000 for the repair and they were absolutely confident that was the problem even after i voiced that didnt sound correct. I went to a foreign car specialist and they correctly diagnosed it as a wheel bearing that was a $500 repair.

Worst dealership ever!!! Tony the GM hung up on me. I have bought 2 vehicles from here both a BMW and an Audi. These people are absolutely crooks! I will tell you they lie on Carfax and lie about what your vehicle is worth! Stay away! HORRIBLE. BBB will be getting a review. Wish I could give zero stars but it won't let me

If I could give zero stars, I would. They had my car for almost 4 months for a minor fender bender. I have dash cam proof that my car sat for weeks at a time while they were “working on it”. Lies. They never answer their phone and never called to give me updates. I always had to call them and they always lied to me. Said it would be ready next week and then suddenly they found more repairs and it would be another couple weeks. This happened 4 times. Finally got my car back today and THEY DIDN’T EBEN FINISH PUTTING IT BACK TOGETHER. Entire trunk floor is exposed, including a bunch of fuses that I definitely shouldn’t be seeing. Can’t use my trunk now. This entire experience has convinced me to never purchase a BMW again.

When I leased my 2019 Audi S4, I had the best customer service I’d ever received in car sales! Fast forward four years later, and this place is completely different! I set up an appointment with Max - who happened to not be available for the appointment at the last minute and then set me up with Colby. I found out very quickly that Colby had no idea I was coming in by the look on his face when I arrived. Then, I met Morad (Mo), a car salesman who is absolutely phenomenal!! I’d give him five stars!! I had been looking to lease a SQ5 and they didn’t have any at the time - so I was in communication with Morad (Mo), for about two weeks. We found a beaut and I was so excited!! However, the new General Sales Manger, Tony, is deceitful and I don’t do business with liars! Within two weeks he changed my trade in value by over 4K…. IN TWO WEEKS!! I hadn’t even put on 1,000 more miles on my vehicle. It is so sad to say that I am a loyal Audi customer that will be doing business elsewhere!

Nicholas Bohlen is a scam artist. Please don't go here. If you do have to, stay away from Nick. Tried selling me a car that needed a $5000 timing chain fix. The engine had the loudest tick ever, but Nick couldn't hear it ?. After I said I wasn't interested in a busted car, Nick continued to text me for days after trying to up sell me. I finally had to get mean with him just to leave me alone!!! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED. BETTER OFF ROLLING THE DICE WITH THE VAN HORN'S

Buyer beware!!! Vehicles are not being properly inspected before being sold and salesmen are deceitful. I purchased a 2022 Audi Q7 that had a recall less than a month after the purchase, in addition to $2400 in out of pocket maintenance repairs (not covered by the warranty) within 4 months of purchase. Would not recommend!!! I would go to other dealerships for an Audi.
