The service and staff was very efficient and thorough. The waiting area and bathrooms were very clean also. They have complementary refreshments as well.

Lake Ford is a good dealer, but Ford themselves are kind of slow with delivery of special order cars. I waited over five months to get my Mustang. That’s not acceptable in my mind.
