I called the store at 3152 S. 27th St to make sure they could install a new SIM card on my phone to get the EBB program. This is what Boost customer service said I had to do to get this benefit. The guy said he could install it, etc. So I go there in person and he writes down my phone # and pin. (I'm currently on a Boost pre-paid plan). Then he called his boss who told him NOT to install the new SIM card for the expanded network. He said his boss would get mad at him if he did. It took me an hour to get to this place. If I could give this place negative stars, I would.
