Extremely upset with his location. I had to get a phone and picked up two months of service, and after paying for those months, my phone has turned off and the account t says I owe half a month's worth of service to get it back on???? I am very disappointed by the salesman and th disruption of service after prepaying for prepaid service is top tier aggravating and unsettling as I am not from the area and have to be out and about for food service late at night.

I went to this location on martin Luther King Jr drive and Wallace street i believe in North Chicago and they were supposed to be open at 10am and I waited until 5 or 10 minutes after 11am and they still weren't open.
