The first time I went there the lady who helpped me was very nice. Helpful and everything. However I was in there today to pay my bill... I waited for a bit standing there and after a bit was told if I wanted to wait I could because they were useing both computers for the person ahead of me okay cool whatever. But after they were done useing the systems for the PEOPLE AHEAD OF ME, they then told me that the system that keep in I just watched them use was down and to come back another day or go somewhere else. I will be changing my phone plan over to someone else besides service is aweful and I never get informed like I would with another company when my bill is due or anything.

Went there with my friend so he could pay his bill. I have another service provider, and the lady was trying her absolute best to try and make me switch to Boost. We were there for like 30 minutes because she wouldn't shut up about a special "deal." I had boost but switched because it is an awful company, and the employees certainly don't help with that, either.
