Horrible bank and never ever open an account with them. They will publish all promo offers and gets you excited. you work with the customer service, they will make you sit on a call for hours and you go over all the details only to find out after 3-4 months that you are not eligible for the offer citing some crap reasons. When you try to explain them and reason on, they will circle you back from one person to another, another hours of wait on the call to finally reject the bonus offer and give you nothing. Big liars and they back up their folks, deny all your rights as a customer. Go bank with others and dont get trapped with this one.

This is the worst bank I have ever experienced. They have the rudest customer service. My in-laws are elderly and require assistance with finances. My mother in law called to make her vehicle payment and could not here the rep. My mother in law put her on speakerphone so I could assist her. They asked her her account information that she was able to provide. The rep repeated the info my mother in law gave her and asked if it was correct. Due to hearing issues my mother in law

Have had an absolutely horrible time with this bank. Would not recommend to anyone. Mistskes made on THEIR end and I get charged fee after fee after fee that they will not remove. That's after it takes 20 minutes and 3 transfers to get ahold of someone. Awful service, would not bank with them again if they were the last bank on earth.

Absolute worst bank to deal with. We came from Canada and love our Canadian BMO but BMO Harris has been nothing but a total nightmare to deal with. No one calls you back and the managers are all misogynistic men who refuse to speak to any woman. No one is actually capable of doing their job in a timely manner. Don’t waste your time or money here.

I have work with multiple banks, but the customer service is the worse and after multiple phone calls I can’t get a straight answer. My local branch is friendly and good, but the Customer Support needs more training to help customers out. Don’t bank here.

BMO Harris could care less about their customers. They have an online banking duster that is useless because they still request customers to write a letter to request an account to be closed. Customer representatives are useless. Avoid banking with them at all cost!

New mortgage servicing is terrible. Why you had to make this change. I’ll never understand. You have to repeat the same information over and over and over again. Thru the automated and to the representative. Not happy with your service any longer.

Terrible customer service! Bank elsewhere! Over half hour wait time with no help but to say go to a branch! "Eric" sucked! They must all be "working from home" with no ability to help - why bother making people wait 35-40minutes to say that?

I am pleading that all people that have ever used a bank to stay as far away as possible from this bank. My account was neglegently marked as unverified during non business hours. During that time my card was lost or stolen. I was not allowed to report that my card was lost or stolen due to there neglegence. So due to the fact that I did nothing wrong, my money and time was jeopordized as a business president. With a fidicuary responsibility for the money in the account BMO Harris refuses to be held accountable for there error. If you are in Business or have a personal account with this bank as a holder of an MBA and Dissertation candidate with 27 years in the same industry I implore you to stay away from this bank. They have no integrity or accountability with any thing that comes out of there mouths. On recorded lines they LIE. which you are then expected to document then wait while they pass your time and money around like it is theres to hold hostage. This is a crime. A crime. I was told that my unverified card was closed. Meaning what ? that a lie had transpired and my money was still not secured.. it is a crime to lie, and not protect my assests. When that is the primary reason to use a bank in the first place.

This drive-up is only open from Noon to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday and not open on Saturday! What good does that do for anyone who works outside of Wauwatosa, as most people begin working before Noon and do not leave their offices until after 5 pm. This is a useless drive-up bank branch. If plan to use it for the ATM, be prepared for very tight lanes and a sharp 90 degree turn when exiting.
