This place is terrible. I came to cancel an account, they asked me the reason, it's because they made me waste my time, waiting for a credit card to be authorized. The person who attended was very rude, instead of admitting that it is not a good bank helping its customers, he gave nonsensical arguments. Terrible service.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND BMO, I RECOMMEND LANDMARK, this bank does support its clients.

I wish you could give negative stars for reviews! The customer service here is beyond deplorable! Even with my husband having an account there. Even regardless of the fact that they are a bank that tauts customer service and loyalty. Being a bank period. Unless you have your name on an account, you can't even get change?! Then, when you call to talk to the bank manager, the male receptionist is rude, refuses to help you, refuses to get the bank manager, tells you you are ridiculous, then hangs up on you when you get upset! Then repeatedly continues hanging up on you when you call back!!! How is this bank even open?!?! These people are so beyond rude and unprofessional!!! Don't bother with this place!

On what planet does it take 20minutes to make a deposit and give back some change? These tellers are slow as molasses and should focus more on there sense of urgency than discussing each other’s fake eyelashes!

Aweful service! One car in front of me in the drive-thru and I am waiting in excess of 14 minutes. I tried calling the 800 number and that wait time is in excess of 20 minutes. Where is the CUSTOMER SERVICE???

Worst BMO Harris bank I every been to, they have bad communication skills. Just not very polite at all. The Banker(Gabriela Sanchez) did not care for what I was interested in at all. I was trying to cash my check so I could get my money the same day, this lady says you can't do that do that because you have an account with us, I'm like thinking in my head, no I don't, I'm interested in getting an account. Then say to her can I just cash it first then make an account, but she said I can't do that because I have an account with them, the hell I don't. Can't open an account with them because I owe some other banks. But I've been cashing my checks at many BMO Harris banks for about a 2 years now and paying the $10 fee and this is real sad to say but I would not recommend you coming to this BMO location pick a different one.

Was there to cash in my change which I do every year in July and they said they don't have a change machine bit was there week earlier and an older lady cash her change and I was just going to deposit it and tells me to go to pick and save!!!!!

$5 Atm charge is absolutely rediculous. I refuse to do business with a company who would gouge people like this.
