I don't understand how a bank can take more than 4 months to give a pre-approval, is it ridiculous or do they not have trained personnel for such a service?

Been having to many issues with this bank now, I have been deposit my checks from my job for some years never had a issue until now now they withhold my check thinking it’s a fake check it stand of them calling my job or looking at the last checks I deposited for years they put an hold on my check for 14 days. I Happened to look online to see I’m in a negative so much money it stand of management calling me they send a letter out that day if I didn’t look online I’m negative so much money. Now I paid my rent thought my check now my check going be bounced because this bank want to withhold my money it stand of calling my job now I’m going be late on my rent and can’t feed my kids all because management not doing there job correctly. Now I have to wait for my money to come back to me in 14 days.

I love this bank. Everybody is professional and kind. I purchased my first home with BMO and Manny is the best! If you want ppl who will work hard for you to reach your banking needs definitely use this bank.

Waited in line at the drive thru only for them to tell me I have to come inside if I want to withdraw more than $1,000. I can withdraw $1,000 out of the atm why would I wait in the drive through line to do that. It’s raining and cold out. The other branches let you withdraw up to $5,000 and more if you call ahead of time.

I have been banking there for the better part of a decade. Last week, after 2 denied charges that I didn't make, and also didn't get my notifications from these these attempted charges. They where able to access my my online banking and Zelled themselves my entire balance. I went in hours later closed that account, opened another one and was told they would filing a dispute a for me. They said I would get email instructions on how to access my new account while all that is pending. I haven't received any emails, and I've left 3 messages over the course of days. I'll be closing my account .

I have had nothing but problems since I got my mortgage through BMO. I have paid my mortgage on time every time for over a year, almost always paying more than the minimum and I still have issues non stop with this bank. I would not recommend them to anyone

The employees do inside jobs here for fraud and identity theft. They loan out their customer numbers, accounts and have tracking devices on their ATMs. Then when you call or go in, they ask you what do you want them to do.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Asked for a public notary and was the first in line. Was asked if I had an account. I do, an auto loan. Was told to sit down and I would be helped after those in line behind me were done being helped. Sat for 15 minutes while new customers continued to walk in who weren't there when I walked in and were helped prior to me. I had a BMO checking and savings for over 10 years and this kind of customer service is why I transferred over $200k in accounts to a different bank. You're just a number herr and they don't care about anything else while other banks bend over backwards to host/invest your money.
