Terrible service on the phone... I've been calling and calling for an hour because it tells me to wait on the line and for like 10 minutes. Or at least they come back and hang up on me... I come back and call and they do the same thing to me... WITHIN AN HOUR... THIS IS INCREDIBLY TERRIBLE... WITH MY CARD BLOCKED AND NOT BEING ABLE TO BUY ANYTHING BECAUSE THEY KEEP HANGING UP ON ME

Opened account. Tried to use debit card. Was flagged for fraud.declined transaction. They said all was well. Still won't activate card. Went ro close account and they would not do so. Have bills to pay and groceries to buy and no money. Just thieves!

The tellers are not friendly at all. They say all the nice things "Thank you, Have a nice day. But not pleasant. Very somber. I even heard them talking about a customer a woman with children. Bad attitude TELLERS.

I tried transferring bank accounts so I put every in my new account so I would have a zero balance. I ended up getting an overdraft and BMO said through email they would wave the first overdraft fee. They didn't so I put more money in to cover the overdraft balance. Once the money deposited they issued another overdraft fee, so I called customer service and they said I would still be responsible for the new overdraft fees. Now trying to figure out how to close the account since it keeps hitting me with fees that are impossible to balance without getting hit with new fees.

I need to do something simple with my account. Customer service told me over the phone I could do it at the drive thru. At the drive thru I was told I had to come in. When I come in, they say the only person who can do this is with someone else, and then will be taking lunch. They said I could give them my paperwork and they'd make copies and call me when I can come sign it. I was told I'd be called later that day, or the next morning at worst.I called them the next afternoon, and now they are telling me it'll be tomorrow.I don't understand how this keeps getting pushed back when they have everything they need. I'm very uncomfortable that my personal information is just lying around somewhere with them not doing anything with it.

I had the bmo harris app but every time I tried to log in it kept telling me "We don't recognize the device you are on. After so many tries I just gave up and uninstalled the app

Incredibly slow drive through!! Easily takes 30 to 40 minutes on any given day. You may be three cars back but each car takes 10 minutes or more! Just go somewhere else if the line is any longer than that. Also, the ATM is frequently non-working.

I hate on pay days I go look for my balance on my bmo harris app an it tells me " can't access this account" when I'm typing in the right password..smh it's happened a few times already... what's the problem?
