What an absolute garbage bank. I owe $300 on a 32k loan an I’m getting harassed 10x a week by Hindu aholes that don’t know the law. I was hospitalized for a month and even talked to customer service 3 times trying to make a deal. They don’t care. Every time I call this branch, they transfer me to who? A non English speaking Hindu. God forbid you need an extra month to pay off a loan!

I been going to this bank for 12 years, all of a sudden I'm given the run around. I appreciate them at least trying or making it seem like they were trying, but to no avail. I was told false information and wasted time, also, didn't get to cash a check that they have seen me cash many many times before. The location is already sketchy, and I have heard a former employee say how they get robbed frequently because it is in a dangerous neighborhood. I can't say I won't go here anymore but very disappointed with the service here. If you can avoid it completely and go to another location.

Even if we are the only car in the drive thru they literally take 20 mins leaving us terrified we're gonna be targets to get robbed. I recommend u go else where

this BMO branch is a total joke. I went there 3 times to open a checking account. I was never able to open a checking account at this location.I notified the banker each time. 1 st time she was on the phone. 2nd time she made me go to the window and while I was wait at the window, she picked up her phone to call again. 3rd time, I learnt it hard way went directly to the window and was the the banker is busy today cannot open a checking account for me.

My 16 yr old needed to cash his first check that his employer banks with. We were greeted by a Black Male that wore glasses. I had explained that my son and I do not have an account with BMO bank BUT his employer does. He stated he was unsure and went to ask another staff member. As he was coming back to use he stood in the line and told us we needed to get his School ID (son is a virtual student) or a State ID that he stated we could do on-line with the DMV. He then walked behind the counter and proceeded with they don’t cash 2 party payroll checks. ALL information he gave was incorrect!!! Due to I had to do this before and I do research before I send my time wasting it with uninformed professionals. I then explained the process and I had all needed documents needed and he refused and the Security comes and stands by the door. As if we were being loud or rude and not even holding up anyone that would have been in line. Disappointed we left. I went home to call back since he stated the manager was out to lunch. No answer and was on hold for 14 minutes. We went back to BMO and talked to a different more seasoned teller. Who stated yes Ma’am that is correct for a $10.00 fee your son can sign his payroll check over to you and you can than cash his check if I had a ID and debit or credit card. As she was cashing the check the male walks by and says “Now have a Nice Day”. Seriously did he just put us through all of that for his amusement.

My boyfriend went to BMO Harris to deposit cash into his OWN account. They denied him service because he did not have his ID on hand. Despite him notifying the teller he did not need a receipt and was willing to answer any security questions such as birthdate, social security number, address- Marquan STILL refused service for the cash deposit. I was planning on opening an account here but DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE DOING SO. EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE, do not waste your time. Lastly, the woman standing next to Marquan was shaking her head at my boyfriend as if he was stupid, which was highly disrespectful and unnecessary.

Nicole W. at this location was extremely helpful and kind when setting me up with a checking account. She helped me to better manage my debts and money and I was even given free summerfest tickets! She's the best. Thanks again!
