Now that they finally updated their site and app they have all kinds of other issues including some antiquated processes for managing payment for their BMO MasterCard. Just got some random email from BMO about my information being transferred to another bank despite not doing so. They said it was caused by a Zelle account activity, however I don't use Zelle. The help desk lady was pretty rude. I give it one star if I wasn't a 20-year customer.
