The worse bank ever! First they hold a mobile deposit for over a week which wasn't even over $1000! i called to see why the hold was so long they proceed to tell me i can't be helped over the phone because my voice sounds different. i would rather use chime bank!

I had an exceptional experience with BMO in Milwaukee on water street, and in particular, with Miss Yvette and her team. Miss Yvette went above and beyond my expectations to assist me with various financial matter. Her professionalism, prompt responses, and dedication were truly remarkable.
I’m highly impressed with their level of service, and I look forward to the opportunity to do business with them in the future. If you’re seeking a bank that truly values its customers and provides outstanding support, I highly recommend BMO in Milwaukee.

Happy with the branch in downtown Milwaukee. Staff was always very pleasant and professional. Very clean. Nice location.However. General review of BMO. Horrible customer service experience. The main office shut down my account without any notice. Never had any issues in my account with OD etc.This has caused massive problems. Very disappointed. Will never use BMO again.Thanks so much again to the staff in Milwaukee.

My experience with BMO Harris bank was phenomenal! From security to accountants this place is amazing. I'd personally like to thank "Angelica Grant" for all her care and advice with opening my accounts and customer service. I would recommend doing business with them immediately, you won't regret it!

I don't typically write reviews. But unfortunately this was an abysmal experience. The front desk attendants are incredibly inappropriate, perhaps the rudest in a banking service capacity. Among other service items including insisting my account was a different type and requiring a fee of $10 per check (for 1 check) and then insisting on a 1 hour wait time to see a business representative, when I was one of two people in the bank (if I left, then there was also not option to schedule a time), what set it over the edge is observing them both laugh at a handicapped man whose only mistake was asking about the difference in deposit and withdrawal options. The rep indicated he could not help at BMO in general, until the man indicated that BMO does provide the service. Then he cut him off with "well, I can't help you", rolled his eyes at his associate and then proceeded to laugh at him as he struggled out of the space. The man got understandably flustered. When the man asked he not laugh, the front desk rep responded "I'm not laughing at you. I don't know what the problem is". I have never come across this type of unfortunate scenario. Part of me wonders if I inadvertently stumbled across a "how to never behave in a professional setting". Really unfortunate. I'm sure they have cameras everywhere so perhaps exchanges were captured. Also all the information he provided on my account type was incorrect, and he would not do anything about verifying a correction, even when I showed the correct information, which has been as such since August 2022. I am switching banks. Update: I just stopped into Huntington, and they restored my faith in financial assistance. Checks were fast, service was friendly and everyone greeted me warmly. Night and day.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a "bank." I have called over TWENTY times and no answer. Luckily, it ended up being the negligence of the staff rather than a genuine banking issues, but I am still leaving this bank. Thank GOD I only have a 13 month CD here. Switching banks ASAP and I suggest, if you are a BMO customer, you do the same. Never have I ever seen such negligence and mishandling of customer complaints. Their customer service is all located overseas and they do not speak fluent enough English to be able to communicate and understand callers. Worst possible customer service imaginable; do not trust a word that comes out of their mouths nor any refutes that they use to attack honest, dissatisfied customers. Will be filing a formal complaint with corporate.

This location sucksI went to make the payment of my vehicle and tried to use my debit card. They told me they don't accept debit cards because they don't have a machine to swipe the cards and wanted me instead to use their ATMS and withdraw the money in cash and pay a $5 fee for the transaction.I wasted money in a parking meter. They have very limited services in this location.

Very disappointed that bmo Harris bank and brokerage takes hours and hours to get back to you. I call again and still takes forever for them to respond. They are overwhelmed/don't care or both. They'll blame it on covid I'm sure but it's horrible customer service. I'm sure other banks/brokerages could do much better. Ooooo Canada

Come to this location every two weeks not a customer but my employer have account with BMO Harris ! Now I’m been here few times cashing my paycheck I was informed to verify my employment and the check like it was a stole n check confused the teller reason was she doesn’t know me! Waste of my time

Tellers have been great. Patience is necessary for meeting with “Bankers”
