Me and my team mate drove all the way here from Madison, WI to get fitted for roller derby skates and everyone at the shop was beyond helpful and so friendly! He took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we understood exactly what we were buying. I’ve never had so much fun trying on “shoes”! It was 100% worth the hour drive there and back!

I haven't visited the store since they moved to Menomonee Falls – I was blown away how much this store has grown. The new location is spacious and beautiful - tons of options for skateboards, roller-skates, and BMX. The owner Brian is super friendly and helpful, helped me get a SE Big Ripper bike (Purple Rain) set-up for my son, even gave me a good holiday discount. I highly recommend this place!

This shop owner not only sold me a limited edition SE Chicago bike for my son, but a discount on it to a regular edition price without even asking, just offered it at that price before his sale even started. Threw in patches, stickers, and even stayed open later then he have to accommodate my 1.5 hour drive to make it to his location. There's amazing shaped and Popsicle decks for skateboards, custom sliders for roller blades and more. I'm so pleased with this shop I'm going to start driving here for everything, even though that means 3 hours round trip.

I’ve been stressing about finding the right blocks for my roller skates for awhile now. I was searching for skate shops to get some but it seemed like a hit or miss because all blocks are different sizes and shapes depending on your skate make model and size. I called Bigfoot skate just to see even though it’s located very far from me, and they took care of me. I received brand new custom blocks in roughly a week after just giving them some simple information about my skates through email. They have a huge range of colors and different options for the size of the blocks. I got the standard ones and they work fabulously for my first blocks. Worth the price and good quality. We were in search of a new scooter and they had some great ones available with accessories as well. The owner and staff are very friendly and super knowledgeable! They helped us pick out the perfect scooter and helmet for our son. They even helped pick the correct size inserts for the helmet to ensure the safest pick. Huge selection of boards, trucks, and wheels for skateboards. Tons of bikes too, cruisers and bmx. Great store, will definitely be back for any bike/skating needs in the future!!

Wants to change me 20 dollars to get off my back rim with pegs that don’t make any sense he said it would take him to long to get it off I told him to keep it all cuz even if I bought his clearance tires I would not be able to return them if I find something else. I would not come back unless getting a fully built bike

Amazing shop good prices and cool owner. The best shop I found in the Milwaukee area by far. Highly recommended for all longborders, skateboarders, roller, skaters, and Bmx riders. Everybody needs to go here.

Went there today to try on some skates only to find out that you need to make an appointment ahead of time just to try them on. Even tho the place was empty, the owner still couldn’t take the time to allow me to try on skates without an appointment. This place is not conveniently located, out of the way and was a complete waste of my time. I will purchase my skates elsewhere.

I needed a bike helmet for my child. After going to another bike shop and receiving no help, I drove by Bigfoot and stopped in. They were extremely friendly and helpful! They properly fit my child for a helmet, so I decided to buy a new one, too! I am glad I stumbled across this gem!

My derailleur and chain broke on a newly purchased bike. They were friendly on the phone and in person. They offered additional services to tune up the bike. Service was faster than I imagined and the bike rides better. Prices were comparable.

Great selection and customer service. They got me set up with quad roller skate wheels, bearings, and laces, plus taught me how to change out my wheels and adjust my trucks. Also helped me select my first skateboard. Thank you!
