Is it a museum, theme park or lighting store. You'll have to make up your own mind. Been here several times before. This trip was to get some replacement parts for a very old hanging chandelier. The people in the repair department did a great job of finding the parts that we needed. It was only $8 for the several parts.
Friendly people. Great service.

Jeff repaired my 1950’s outdoor pendant light perfectly. I thought it was a goner, but he assured me he could fix it after a few minutes in-person. I highly recommend them for repairs.

Highly recommend BBC Lighting! Very family friendly, our kids loved the popcorn, carousel, and treasure trest of prizes. The selection here is amazing, and Lee was incredibly helpful! He helped us find the right chandelier for our entryway, and when we changed our minds about the sconces we originally ordered, he helped make the swap out we needed.

Ordered all of my lights for my home here. This place is the best and their customer service is outstanding. I had trouble with finding an extension rod for my dining room. They had one laying around and gave it to me. Also had trouble with a ceiling fan and they solved that immediately.

I can't say enough about the amazing support and service I have received from BBC lighting. My in store experience was great... but the follow up, replacement and reinstall of manufacturer defective ceiling fan(s) has been 10 star. I highly recommend you begin and end your lighting shopping needs with BBC lighting.

They have a nice selection. Will order things for you. My problem with them is this: only 30 for returns and that includes if item isn't in stock and they need to order it for you. By the time I got my 2 bathroom fixtures (appx $220 each) it was AFTER return policy was no longer available. You would THINK it would be 30 days after i got it OR it came into their shop. NOPE! By the time it arrived, after 30 days, I found out my electrician was only able to install one in my bathroom project. Now it's been over 2 years and I still have this beautiful light on a shelf in my basement. I built two homes, used BBC lighting both times, did decorating for friends and family, but will NEVER EVER USE THEM AGAIN! Only buy from them if item is in stock and I can install it immediately. Don't get screwed over by them.
