Great work, done quickly. Had my car towed there in the morning and by that afternoon several major issues with the car were fixed. Mechanic called to check in for every step as well, informing me of price for each step and made good suggestions. Great brother sister duo business.

I called Bay View Service this morning freaking out because my brakes (at least I was hoping it was just my brakes) were making a weird noise.
They were able to get me in at 12:30 and had my car done by 3:30.
They are fast, friendly, efficient and - most importantly- HONEST. They replaced my rear brake pads and rotors, but told me the front still had some life left and didn't need to be replaced right now.
The price was fair, and I will definitely be back!

My wife and I have both used the services here. They’re efficient and have gotten all of our jobs done the same day. Prices are great and I feel we get good value. Highly recommend this place.

I've been here twice about 12 years apart and had goodluck with them. Most recently I brought my audi q7 to them for a minor accident. I was in wondering if it needed more than an alignment. They thought there was more to it than that after an inspection and didn't have the equipment or want to repair it and charged me nothing. Glad they didn't just start replacing unnecessary parts. They weren't overly nice which I appreciate in a mechanic. Don't expect a bunch of hugs and smiles

My son brought his car in to get his brakes replaced on their recommendation. Less than a week later, his breaks stopped working. He could depress it all the way to floor while it made an awful noise to get it to stop. We immediately take it in and they say they'll get to it when they can. We wait. And wait. I tried speaking to the mechanic and he was completely rude. The breaks they just fixed had stopped working while he was driving and they couldn't care less. Finally they looked at it and fixed it and wouldn't tell us what was wrong. Completely unacceptable.

Got denied a simple fix from a few shops, was recommended to try out bay view services and I'll be a repeat customer now with how they handled my problem and treated me so kind. Not to mention amazing value!
