Very nice gym and the staff are amazing. Everyone is helpful and the gym itself is not too intimidating. Easy to sign up and you can try it for free so thats awesome. Some of the machines are older but they still get the job done. It is more expensive than the big box gyms so if you are looking for basic workouts it might not be the place for you. They are way more personal and helpful than other gyms.

24 hour access is nice, however my membership was supposed to be cancelled and I was still charged for month after expiration. This is even with proper documentation. I saw another person in the reviews had a similar situation as well. This appears to be predatory behavior and be warned in the future. Other gyms are much more honest with better management. There ate very limited hours where someone is available at the desk to assist you throughout the week. Equipment is meh and there are better options in the area!

Floor to ceiling windows let in the morning sunshine in as you work out. Owner is committed to a gym experience that keeps it real. Trainers are the real deal who listen to their clients. If you come often enough you become part of a community who work hard and draft off of the energy of each other.

Been a member for 2 years and I'm quite happy with this gym. If you're looking for a no frills place to lift weights and do cardio, this is it. 24/7 access, affordable prices, and friendly members. The owner is also really attentive and communicative, which I definitely appreciate.

There's a variety of equipment to use and the place is upbeat and tremendous to workout in. If you're visiting or haven't found a gym to workout at, come here immediately.

I normally love this gym but the owner has displayed a lack of concern over the messiness/dirtiness of other members, not confronting them to discuss behavior despite numerous complaints, unlikely that ill return in the future
