Barb's totally great! She's not satisfied with the results if you aren't, and will do what she can to make it right. Not much worry of that though, because her years of experience and attention to detail mean you'll walk out with what you wanted when you walked in. Enjoy the large fish tank or watch a show on tv while she works her magic. I always look forward to a visit to Barb's Totally Hair.
