They are very knowledgeable, but oh, so nice doctors there. I have been living in Milwaukee, WI, since 1972. I have been going there to see doctors since that time. Many of my doctors have retired, but one has even passed away! I miss him. He was even my mom's doctor until she passed away in Milwaukee in 1993.. I miss Dr. Rajeev Jain.

Everyone made me feel really appreciate and love, because the nurses and doctor and the young lady, that helped me was very kind and friendly and helpful and understanding also respect, I got to see the doctor quickly,see did I needed anything asked questions also respectfully manger and explain herself too me clearly, I thank God they have Urgent Care, they are right on time in Jesus name.

I came in extremely sick, with teeth-chattering chills, a fever, and extremely low blood pressure and back pain. The doctor didn’t ask many questions, spent more time talking about his own personal situation: recent illness and application for citizenship in another country. He recorded things in the visit notes that were entirely inaccurate, things he had never asked about, or things he said he suggested to me and I refused, when actually he had recommended I not do them. He almost sent me home with a diagnosis of a seasonal cold, when this was not consistent with my symptoms, and only when I expressed concern did he decide on a couple other tests “to be on the safe side”. Those tests showed me to have a serious kidney infection, which I didn’t even learn until after I was home.

2 Stars due to customers NOT customer service!!!!
The urgent care itself is wonderful, the front desk staff was caring and helpful. Every time I have been there everybody has been fairly good. However, the Good Hope facility caters to people without social skills. If you enjoy listening to other people’s phones by all means go to this urgent care.
