Don't bother reserving a time with Urgent Care. They don't intend to use it. Lack of privacy when you are registering, everyone can hear you & vice versa. Waited 3 hours.

I made a reservation for urgent care for 10:15am a day in advance. The day of, I arrived and waited 3 hours watching people come in after me and seen. The staff were kind to me and empathetic. I appreciated that much. The check in system sets a false pretense that people are going to be treated in a timely fashion but that it not the case. Do away with it!

We saw Dr. Zimmer at the Good Hope Road Aurora location for a well visit to establish care with my 2-year old. I was told upon check in that our insurance was out-of-network, and I told the receptionist that I didn't want to proceed with the visit. She called her manager over, they entered a few more things into the computer, and then confidently assured me that the appointment would be in-network. Later received a $530 bill from Aurora. I called the customer service line and was told it was my fault that I didn't further question the receptionist's manager. Really disappointed in the customer service here, from the beginning of the visit to the billing experience, and I would not recommend receiving care here unless you're very confident in your network coverage.

Everyone at this particular clinic is very patient and attentive to each individual person not only being seen, but the people that are caretakers; loved ones; and transportation. I have never had a bad experience with this location. It’s my first stop if/when my primary doctor is unavailable. Thank you

Walked in to see if I had sprained my wrist or knee. Did not have to wait too long and I found out I was bruised, not sprained. Everybody was very nice.

It was Labor Day, almost all pharmacies were closed. I was seen in a swift manner, regardless of 4+ other patients ahead of me. Front desk checked me in quickly & made sure all information was up to date. All staff were very kind, professional. I met with a very competent RN, followed by their Dr., who was professional, efficient, & explained all discharge instructions thoroughly~ he had me read them over to ensure I understood. Finally, the nurses found a pharmacy that was open for me to be able to fill my prescription at. 11/10 recommend this Urgent Care.

Wanted to shoutout nurse Dani for her thoroughness and professionalism during one of my very recent visits and most of all, nurse Jessie! I had some follow-up questions after my initial visit the day before and was provided with a phone number I could call, which linked me directly to the Urgent Care dept. Lucky for me, nurse Jessie was the one who took my call. She was kind, considerate, and really used her clinical expertise to help offer me solutions to my concerns. I felt heard and validated and like she actually gave a damn about me. I’m also a healthcare professional and I sincerely commend nurse Jessie. The system could use more professionals like her! ((GIVE THIS WOMAN A RAISE!!))

Hospitable, considerate and thorough in helping determine my illness and treatment. I am an African American older female and I have seen the worst in bedside manner in Healthcare professionals and thus establishment made me feel like I mattered.

DO NOT GO HERE. Fraudulent billing practices. Claims to be an urgent care then will bill you as a full doctor's visit and claim they do not have an urgent care. Staff takes down patient information inaccurately. This place is a complete scam. They may say contact them and they will help, but will refuse and state they do not have an urgent care.

SCAM! Bills you as a doctors visit instead of as an urgent care! Claims they have no urgent care after visit. Inhospitable staff and managers never call you back!

The first thing I asked was the cost of the visit which the front desk replied “$200-300 with $300 leaning if more tests are required” I went into urgent care to get paxlovid because I had Covid. I had taken the Covid test at home and brought it with me. They did basic blood pressure, heart rate and temperature tests that’s all. Most of my time there involved me waiting (about an hour in the waiting room). What they charged me was $415. So the front desk lied to me because there was no extensive testing just bare bones what’s expected in any urgent care I’ve been in which cost the actual $200-300 usually the lowest. I thought surprise pricing was illegal. In fact in more urgent situations involving more testing it STILL cost less. I called the front desk who NOW was telling me there’s back end costs I was not informed of. What’s the point of asking the cost if information is going to be hidden from me? They gave me the billing office number and I called them. The billing office afterwards informed me that urgent care is charged as “new patient office visit”. A new patient visit involves a lot more than “I have Covid I need paxlovid.” Even my insurance thought it was strange it was being handled this way.The billing office sent my file back to request it being recorded incorrectly and said they would a call back when ready but they rejected it after 4 days and I had to hear from my insurance they did it, no call back. I called again and now it’s with the complaint team. They recommended I call the office manager to explain the situation. I called the front desk again and got the voice mail of the manager, who still as of yet has not called me back. So I called again today and the front desk once again now was talking about “oh we mean that’s the base cost they can add more for medication etc” No. What I asked was the total cost to see a doctor to get paxlovid. Not a bait and switch heres more cost for x y and z we did not tell you about. No urgent care has ever pulled this on me before. The previous ones were in Florida but typically Florida is known for being more expensive with healthcare. I never leave reviews but this has really angered me. This is outright taking advantage and a total scam. My hsa covers the amount they stated not the amount they are trying to pull. I will never be back to this clinic, who the heck can afford it?

Had a Healthcare need...Out of the four staff I interacted with, only one seemed like she didn't bring her best customer service to work that day....But, the calmness of the waiting area, the large parking lot, the concern shown by medical providers and the carrying out of my care was very favorable. i saw about 6 people in the waiting room and I was convinced the wait would be long.It was not. Claiming this place as my go to immediate care facility.
