Our son was born here on 10/16 after a very long and arduous labor journey. We’ve spent the entire week here and so we’ve had quite a few rotations of doctors and nurses and by and large they have all been wonderful. The nurses here in labor/delivery and postpartum have all been amazing. They’ve been very attentive and supportive for my partner in her recovery, which has made a tremendous difference for her and for me. I only have one specific complaint about our experience that I just can’t wrap my head around because it’s so ridiculous. We had ordered my partner some wheat toast for breakfast and when the tray arrived, what we had instead was a moldy piece of untoasted bread in a ziplock bag. I can understand missing that it was meant to be toasted, but how does a moldy slice of bread end up getting sent out to a patients room? And beyond that incident, the food service has been generally spotty in bringing the correct food, sometimes missing things here and there. And it usually takes several phone calls to get an order placed because they almost never call back when you leave a message with your name and room number. Outside of the moldy bread, those are all fairly minor complaints, but I really think the dietary department ought to mind the food quality going out to patient rooms a little more closely because sending out slices of moldy bread in a hospital is just unacceptable. Again, outside of this issue, our experience has been as positive as it can be given the circumstances of our medical complications, and I really want to commend the nursing team again here because they’ve been so wonderful.

I am giving 3 stars only because some of my nurses were fabulous. The day staff was attentive and passionate. My only saving grace was Jade and the other day nurses who had to work hard to get me comfortable. However, I will never do an overnight stay here again, if I can help it. On the first day, I missed ordering dinner and there was no food to be given except a frozen dinner which was awful. The night nurses did not provide proper pain meds, so by morning the day nurses almost had me comatose to control my pain, and then by the next night the same thing happened. I ended up having to stay an extra day to get my pain under control. The portion sizes of the food were ridiculously small. Eggs, toast, and bacon were maybe one egg, half a piece of toast, and one slice of bacon and you could not order a double portion either. I had to have food brought in. The beds and pillows are old. The center bar of the bed hit right where my incision was and the pillows were flat, so trying to get comfortable was very hard and the night nurses complained that I had too many pillows and took them away. If you are ever forced to spend the night, bring food and your own pillows, also ask for a waffle topper for the bed before you arrive.

Came in blind in one eye coughing blood profusely, blacking out and yet twenty-three people with barely anything wrong went before me this is down right sad they should condemn this hospital it is a horrible experience. And if I have any advice it's to never come here until they get better employees in there entire hospital, they worry more about money then their people.

The worst ER experience EVER. The staff had no sense of urgency when we had a serious medical emergency. Screaming from strenuous pain for almost 2 hours in the ER when nurses and staff were walking past without a care in the world. This is the LAST place you should ever go when seeking Immediate medical attention, the extra drive time to a different place is worth it.

Had children here and they treat the mother fairly ok but the dad they do not care about at all, no bed no cover no pillow no food for dad.. family care center up stair the doctors does what they want when they want, two times in a row my doctor for my kids where late and there were any accountability or consequences (Dr. Erin Burdt) the second time I showed after scheduling an appointment she was dealing with something else so they didn’t know when she will return but I was told I can check in and sit a room if she does.. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL TERRIBLE SERVICE.

ABA therapy here is a total joke. Sessions for my autistic daughter got shorter and shorter, effort put into sessions became less and less, never referred us to any autism facilities and towards the end of it (4-5 months) I didn't even mention we needed to schedule another session(could've slipped my mind for all they know, but regardless), they showed how much they really cared about my daughter's progression by not even bothering to call for a follow up or anything. Her therapists were Teres and Sabrina, they were clearly done with even pretending to care smh. Complete waste of time, beyond unprofessional and the whole ABA department needs a massive overhaul.
