It’s unacceptable!! the wait times! when you tell me my rx are ready and it’s the wrong amount I have to wait another 20 mins.SMH The process in how they deal with patients need to be corrected. No manners and Horrible customer service. Plus, When you call them, No greeting, immediately puts you on hold. and you wait for 15 mins or more then they are short with you on the phone. i’ve been coming here for about 5 years and everything has declined.

I was specifically instructed by my psychiatrist to call here and ask if they had my prescription in stock. After being put on hold for at least 20 minutes Aurora refused to tell me if they had my hard to get prescription was in stock. Other pharmacies will happily tell you this information about the same drug so that you can send them your prescription, but not Aurora

The employees at this location are not only rude but seem to lack any sense of human empathy whatsoever. They're terrible in person and even worse over the phone. If you show up in person, be prepared for snide, condescending responses to any questions you ask, regardless of how important those questions may be to your health and safety. If you call in, be prepared to sit on hold for 30-45 minutes only to be told that they're too busy to talk to you and then be unceremoniously hung up on without even having a chance to actually ask your question.I would think that, being a leading healthcare organizing throughout Wisconsin, Aurora would value the health and safety of their patients. Apparently that concern doesn't filter down to the Good Hope Road pharmacy. While annoying, I could've handled the attitude just fine... the big problem is their reticence to do anything resembling work (they'd rather chitchat like a bunch of barnyard hens with each other) or answer questions about important medications that could be disastrous if not taken correctly.

Very fast compared to CVS or Walgreens. They have staff who actually know what they're doing.

The staff is exceptionally great, like family, very professional, compassionate, they go be on their call of duty. Very informative about what they do. They work as a team. They can take care of me anytime.

The staff is always professional and helpful. You never wait very long in line. They always follow up if you ask for help. Glad I changed to this Pharmacy, should have done it sooner.

I use this location as well as Brookfield and I've never had a problem. The entire staff has always gone above & beyond to be sure my medications are available and ready. If something is not in stock or has to be special ordered I've never waited longer than the next day for it to come in and I can pick it up. During rush time which imo is usually between 3-6pm the wait times are never as crazy as some people have reviewed them to be or at least I've never experienced them. And I have only ever had 1-2 people ahead of me at most and it went quick. The Pharmacist always takes time no matter how busy it gets to come over and explain new medicationsto me and ask if I have any questions on them and / or any refills I may have. I've never felt rushed in any sense of the word and I also enjoy chatting with a few of them when I come in and it's not busy at all. Overall during the 18 plus years I've been coming here I would definitely give it 5 STARS✨ without even thinking about it.

I have lived this pharmacy for the past 10 plus years; however, recently my family and I have experienced all too familiar lapses in customer service. Usually I go in upbeat to get asthma meds but, yesterday I was in tremendous back pain and tears well welling as I communicated this to the person helping me. They weren't ready with my meds so I asked to purchase the candy I had on the counter to keep my mind occupied and happy.... the counter person left never to return. When my meds were brought up the pharmacist began to say something and left abruptly to help someone else ( would have been fine if she had stated, “one minute I will be right back.†When she returns she begins again with me and someone walks up behind me (privacy be damned) and the pharmacist again elects to help this gentleman. I am looking for another pharmacy. Done.

A person who assisted me over the phone was very rude. She hung up on me before I finished my sentence at the end. She also sighed multiple times while I was asking questions, which was unprofessional.

Awful customer service and constant backlash coming from pharmacist to my doctor. The head pharmacist questions prescriptions after approval from insurance causing friction. Also the attitude they give is off putting. They are never on time with medication that is suppose to be filled prior to arriving there and wait time has been hours due to the constant incompetence of staff. My doctor even suggested to go elsewhere because of how rude they are when calling for pre-authorizations. Terrible experiences and staff can not do the simple task to check, count, fill, and get prescriptions ready in a timely manner. Once I was even shorted a pill and they had to call me to let me know it stuck to the cotton while transferring the medication from bottle to bottle. Unbelievable😤

The atmosphere is fine but there's a pharmacist work there is a sociopath. Her name is Kara she had my mother and myself wait a while month in order to get our meditations refilled. We both filed a complaint against her. No one should wait months on in to get their medicines filled. Matthew supposed to be the supervisor and he said he was already aware that Kara has been doing crooked activity. Yet he never got to the bottom of the situation. I spoke with other pharmacists and other pharmacies. They all told my mom and I we never should wait that long for anything three days. NOT A MONTH. KARA IS CRAZY!!! After she do her dirty work she has a evil grin on her face. I don't like her at all. After I had surgery my doctor wrote a script for me to get my pain pills. Other pharmacy said they'll fill it the next three days. After she got her filthy hands on it I could not get them at all. I called Walgreens pharmacy a man told me she put in that I was getting more than I was actually getting. Then she was rigging up people files so no one will refill the prescriptions. By all means necessary don't deal with her. She's no good Matthew is no better. They're in cahoots.
