Just absolutely fantastic! If there is an issue or delay, they actually tell you the Truth in regards to why, rather than blame the Dr. Etc. On top of that, they will actually help you get your issue sorted. I can't say enough about the staff here. They even remember me when I call or come in. I've definitely overused "They," but truly everyone their is great.

How many mistakes can you make in 1 day??? Transferred over last week spoke to the the Pharmacist Kathy A and explained I will be out of my med in 4 days.“No problem we will verify today Thurs and it should be ready by Monday”“Great” I saidIts Tues , i called and the meds werent readySpoke with Kathy again“Ooooppps, we forget to put that order in”“ opps we have non left can you pick up Wed”“No Iam out!”“We can send down to 66th and greenfield to pick up”I went - called back to make sure she pushes all the other meds.She was irritated and said “we can do that another time”So rudeMind you me and my aunt are brand new, we just switched for connivence.If this how they treat peolle WHYThen she wasnt even secure enough to give me her name and would NOt give me the complaint numberNo wonder a pharm that has been there for i er 15 years has inly 4 reviewsBye my money wont be spent with youKathy A

This Aurora pharmacy is the best one I have ever been at. The staff was respectful, courteous, and helped my fiance get his medication when the Aurora on 169th & Bluemound was going to split up his meds so he would have to come back after another order arrived. We called this Aurora and it was not an issue and they were able to get his two prescriptions ready in a timely fashion. Thank you for your help!!
