There is an Urgent center, The next entrance is for the clinic, where are primary doctors and a variety of experts. There is an on site Lab. The next entrance is a Pharmacy. The place is very clean and the staff always seems very nice and knowledgeable .

I am so upset it is ridiculous. It has been years since I have seen a general provider due to past experiences of feeling like a number, being laughed at and unheard during visits while in the Aurora system care.I did my research about the provider I wanted to see. I called and scheduled. It was booked out until July but that was ok for now. I called a little bit later to be on a short call list so I could establish care earlier. I was told there was nothing but they could at least have me see a different provider AND keep my original appointment. I said that was ok. So today when I was reviewing my appointments I noticed my July appointment was missing. NO one called me to ask me which I would prefer. They assumed. I was told that management said it was because I was double booked. Which is NOT an excuse, if anything it’s poor patient care. Especially when this patient has a very hard time finding someone and has been patiently waiting to address medical concerns she has. Now my appointment to see this provider isn’t until 2025!I am disgusted, extremely upset and feel lost. Aurora is once again is making me feel like a number.Thank you for nothing.

Most of the employees don't bother to read the notes about my disability accommodations and quite frankly, I don't think they even care. I've been trying to get through to this place for over 10 years.

To the girl at the front desk that adamantly denied they had a doppler for my baby, after not receiving care at Sinai… who sent me there be sure of their own staffing issues i addressed with them… I really hope you know what you did to someone. I think it’s crazy once I was in my seat on the phone with my OB sobbing that you suddenly realized you have one.Doctor didn’t even use it. No need, he was the first actual doctor I saw after running to the hospital twice and only getting as far as a RN - and he immediately transferred me to the ER.Take your job more seriously.

Wish I could give ZERO STARS.Mind you this is amongst other negative experiences. Returned a voicemail regarding a referral for dementia testing for my dad & whatever bitter little girl answered (would not give name of course) was entirely dismissive, talked over me, & would not listen to why I was calling. She interrupted to tell me to make an apt with his regular physician. I tried to explain that his doctor does not do dementia testing and that I WAS RETURNING A VOICEMAIL FOR A REFERAL???? She said, "If you knew she doesn't do that why'd you ask?" LIIIKE are you dum6 or stup1d?! Said I wanted to talk to the woman who left me the voicemail which she refused. Probably the easiest task of her day if she would have shut her mouth and listed for 2 minutes. All I needed was for her to read the note the doctor left and give me the number of the neuropsych referral!??! That would be too easy, she would rather cop an attitude for absolutely no reason.When I called back and talked to someone else, I asked to talk to supervisor to which I was told she "went home early" (I'm sure). Then I asked for the bitter girls name and was told, "she would have to go investigate that." GIRL I BEEN THERE, IT AINT THAT BIG LMAO. I understand though, Im sure you're short staffed and need her dusty a**.Hope you see this babe!: Open your ears, use your brain, and please make it make sense. God don't like ugly, you should probably find a better fitting job that doesn't involve people. Don't nobody want to argue with your RUDE crusty goober a**If you value your health and time, and don't want to be treated rude af by people who hate their life and job, then don't go here :)))

Refused to write me an antibiotic prescription for a simple diverticulitis flare up. Waste of time and money and now I have to treat this on my own.

Hands down the worst medical service I have ever had. If I could give zero stars I would. Well over 50% of my visits I had to come back because of errors on their part, costing my time and money and putting my health at risk. The final straw was letting a vaccination expire with I caught and had to return for. Along with a perception that they forgot to refill. When I called to get the prescription refilled they screwed that up and gave me a 30 day instead of 90. This cost more more time and money due to the extra trip to the Pharmacy and the lack of discount on the smaller prescription order. I have also caught discrepancies in my medical records on when I received vaccinations and one return visit not even being on record. If they are making this many mistakes that I can catch, how many are going unnoticed? I have completely lost all confidence in their ability. I have tried to talk to management about these matters leaving several messages with no return calls. IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH, TIME, AND MONEY, DO NOT USE THIER SERVICES!!!

Used urgent care. Needed info for fileing short term disability. Nurse reported she did not see me at their urgent care thus declining to fill out paperwork. Short term disability casemanager laughed as they were able to see that the nurse did take care of me. Another urgent care visit when i was seen for possible kidney stone. Health care worker ie doc/nurse?? She told me i wouldn't be walking in there if i had a kidney stone. She treated me with antibiotics and flowmax just in case. She gave directive if i spiked a fever go to ER. I spiked a fever and was septic with a kidney stone.
