We met with Joanna R. At this branch to open a new checking account and savings account. I was being added to mom's accounts. We were so at ease with her. She was very knowledgeable about mom's situation and we were able to get everything done! Mom is so happy, I am too...

Just opened my accounts a few weeks ago. The banker that helped me was very knowledgeable and recommended exactly what I needed. The tellers are all great too very nice and friendly.

This location is SUPER slow (drive thru)! Don't go if you're in a hurry.They often close before their posted closing hours. ?

I took my mother to the drive thru and we were the only car waiting to be served. After waiting about 5-6 minutes, without a greeting or any concern that we were waiting —another car pulls up. All of a sudden someone shows up at the drive thru window and helps him first. We had been waiting for about 15 minutes at this point and had several other time-sensitive things to do after taking my mother to the bank. Finally after about 20 minutes of waiting , we were greeted with an attitude and lack of sympathy for the wait and not a care in the world for wasting our time. I used to have an account here growing up, I’m so glad I don’t have to deal with them personally on a regular basis. Tip : Hire people who care and actually enjoy their job , and are trained well enough to do it in a timely manner!
