Poor treatment by Eleanor
No kind of respect and all she does is want you out asap! If you're not happy with your job, please leave so you don't tear this bank down. No wonder it's always empty and such bad reviews. Would not recommend this bank at all unless you want to have your day ruin by this worker. Someone higher needs to change this worker's treatment. You take 2x our mortgage and won't refund your mistake so you make excuses to get us out. Someone higher needs to look into this bank and manager asap! We don't need this bank here if they are lying and abusing thier power by not refunding money they TOOK.

If I wasn't locked in on my interest rate, I'd leave! Spoke with Eleanor and she was not very pleasant. My case is very complicated and the mortgage department told me I would need to go to the branch and made this appointment for me. Walked out more confuse than ever and the service here is poor. Need to look for a different branch since I'm stuck!

The bank tellers did their job very well and the facility is clean. However, there is no loan officer here so they have to call and fax the doc back and forward to get the sign. I have to wait for hrs for that to be done.

Went into branch Ying was very pleasurable, but the manager I was not greeted or even received a smile which is rude the fact that Ive been a customer for 4 years. Had a hard time getting large amount of money of money out which is weird because it’s legal money and MY MONEY! Really considering switching banks

After entering the bank I was not greeted, after I was told I couldn’t be help because she was trying. I wanted to start an account, there were two people there with credentials to help me but instead I was told I would have to wait after an appointment that was scheduled 30mins later or wait over10 mins for someone to help with customer service. The bank Manager was on the phone the with who she said was a manager, as a supervisor myself if I was aware of customers needing help I would suggest a call back or a brief conversation as customers come first. This was not the mentality at all after asked all she wanted to explain was she was not on a personal call, still not offering a solution or assistance.. this is not the only time same experience by bringing someone to the company we had to come back twice.. This was an experience of poor customer service and of potential clients being turned away. Now I’m forced to find another place to store my money.. it was just poor service..Sent from my iPhone
