Brian is amazing to work with. So helpful. I do the orders for our business and can never remember item numbers and he always figures it out for me based on my descriptions. Quick to respond to everything and stopped by once with samples to show when we had no idea what we needed. Great guy to work with!

Incredible customer service! I ordered a variety of samples that arrived quickly. I was able to problem solve my shipping dilemma with my product and my bulk order came in the same week. I highly recommend Associated Bags to all my business owner friends.

I've been dealing with Associated Bag Co. for over 20 years now for my mail order business. I've bought everything that has to do with packing and shipping over that time and with regularity. Never had a problem with any of their products or turn around time but, once, I made a mistake and ordered the wrong product. I called to ask if I could return it and exchange it for the correct one/size and they just told me to keep it and they'd send out my correct product. It kind of confused me but she just said that I had been a great customer for many years, I never asked for anything, and they're just going to send that item out. Wow. I have to admit that I take them for granted too much as they've been so steady with their service for so long but I've wanted to put this review out there for a long time and finally remembered. This is one of those companies that I would categorize as "enlightened". They're better than great in my opinion.

Been using them for business needs for years. Always great service, recently had an issue that was not even their fault, the shipper ( UPS ) screwed up, but they nonetheless took responsibility- incredible!

First time ordering poly bags from ASSOCIATED BAG COMPANY - they made a shipping error, but went so far out of their way to correct the situation that I had to give them a big YELP thanks! Unbelievable customer service - more than helpful, friendly, and very responsible! Will definitely use them again!
