Great staff, and I was glad that everyone took the time to hear me out about my situation. I am feeling better now that I have been able to understand what is going on and Stefanie Keith went out of her way to make sure l understood what's going on with my ears

I feel like the doctor had made to his mind about my case before he even spoke to me. He didn't ask many questions or provide much of a plan for follow up. My visit was a very discouraging experience.
Also his breath was really rancid which someone working in close proximity to others should be aware of.

My experience with Dr. Roumani, my nurse, the receptionist, and the lab tech were all excellent. Registration process was easy and the woman working the desk was very warm and kind. I was taken to a room on time and did not have to wait long to see my doctor. I never felt rushed, and information was conveyed very clearly. Overall, a great experience!

I visited the hospital in April 2024, and I will never be back to this hospital facility or with the same PCP again. A chest X-ray cost me $237.9 (with insurance coverage).

I give this place 5 stars for being so incredibly accommodating to me!
I was seen for a surgical consult about 2 months ago and had a great experience with the nurse, Lisa, in addition to the surgical specialist Dr Meyer. I recently had a complication prior to my surgery and I was able to be seen the next day! Carolyn, you helped me out SO much and I’m so very thankful that I was able to be seen!
I have been seen at Froedert previously and had a horrible experience.
I will always stick with Ascension!

I believe the hearing test was done improperly as I know my hearing is worse than it was before and they’re saying it’s better than it was. I do not believe the contest was conducted properly.
I did not like the audiologist was trying to sell me on hearing aids and thinking telling me what I was to do I was hoping that would come from the doctor.
I’m very frustrated with the outcome of this appointment

I felt like I was dismissed, rushed and not important at all. Things either was brushed over and wasn’t explained for me to understand what was wrong with me. I will not use this office again.

Waited 44 minutes in the office - was literally giving it one more minute when the doctor walked in.

Continuously terrible communication.
I was given no warning when my daughter's pediatrician left.
Was also never told that the entire peds floor was gone. Showed up for my daughter's scheduled appointment for them to tell me they no longer had a pediatric floor and they had actually scheduled her with a family care doctor. Literally got the notice about the floor being closed a day or two AFTER her appointment.
I also scheduled a blood draw appointment for my daughter. Showed up with staff thinking that my appointment was for a wellness check up and found out that they had scheduled me after the only staff member who could draw blood from children had left for the day. Not to mention that the staff were very rude about me "being late" when I came at my scheduled appointment time.

I had an appointment at 10:15am, nurse left at 10:19, but I wasn't seen by the Dr. until 10:48am. I understand things happen but when you have to wait almost half an hour just to be seen for 5 minutes did not sit well with me. The Check in ladies & the nurse were attentive & kind.
All my other care from this hospital has been outstanding though.

Showed up early for a specialist appointment because I am in acute pain. Was misdirected all over the facility by different members of the staff who had no clue which department was where for some reason. When I finally found the correct floor, I was told that my appointment had been canceled, that I would be receiving no care, and that my bill would be $200. I am still in acute pain and after begging every soul in this so-called hospital to help, I didn’t receive so much as an aspirin. Just a fee for the help I never got

Unreal experience. Have called and sent messages about 10-15 times at this point just to get a pharmacy changed and prescription rerouted to a new pharmacy. I don't know what they're putting in the water there.

Parking is difficult to find as we do not care for parking structures. Doctor Fullmer was nice, honest. Told us he wasn't the correct doctor for this issue and recommended someone else.
